Paytm — Distv Recharge - Money deducted but no recharge happen.

Hi, I have done DISHTV(VC number [protected]) recharge on 15th April with my id sahir.[protected]@gmail.com. I have used ICICI credit card to do the recharge for the same. I have checked my credit card and Rs.500 deducted but the recharge is not happened to Dishtv.I have dropped them mail about the issue on 18th April in which Bhavna from Paytm(Ticket#[protected] replied that bill/payment is successful from their end. I have sent reply to Bhavna that the Ddishtv is not recharge yet and asked her to look into this matter, but till date have not received any response from them. I have chased again them to look into this matter, but nobody from Paytm is bothered to reply the same. I am really disappointed with their services. Hope to get response/resolution from Paytm soon.
