Paytm Mobile Solutions — bad services | |||
I ordered a ifb microwave in july 2015 from paytm... My microwave is in under warranty for cavity only... Buy they refused to give warranty cause they say you have lost your bill please contact paytm I always trusted paytm app so i can show the bill anytime i want without knowing paytm saves records for 1 year after paytm removes the records without telling you... Paytm only saves your purchases records for 1 year... Where amazon flipkart save a better record of your purchases, they say they email you invoices but they dont either i didn't find email from paytm for purchases, they care about promotional emails only... If you want a product which is in under warranty dont buy from paytm cause if you lost the bill/invoice anyhow and you have only one option left to contact seller and seller no. Not working, or they want order id first and you able to contact somehow but they still wont give you 1 year older bills/invoices... Cause they doesn't care about the warranty of the product they are selling... Was this information helpful? | |||
