Dear Sir,

I Tried to Make CESC Bill Payment from Paytm on Dated : 18 February 2017, Order No. of Paytm : [protected] using my SBI Debit Card but transaction was failed. Amount 580rs deducted from my account.
My Email ID for Paytm is [protected]@gmail.com. so i did contact to customer care of paytm i am giving all the mail details given below

Please note that As i tried to Make CESC Bill Payment from your site, It is your responsibility to contact directly to the bank, Because transaction failed from your site only.

I am writing all the details again and also has make a copy to the State Bank customer care so that matter will be clear.

I Tried to Make Bill Payment on Dated : 18 February 2017 from Paytm (Transaction detail attached) but transaction failed (Error attached) and Payment rs 580 deducted from my account SBI[protected] . Transaction Detail for sbi also attached.

so please check the transaction and refund my amount to my bank account only because i have all ready paid cesc bill from their site.

Please do the needful asap.
