Sir, cash debited my icici account by paytm but ticket failed to book through irctc because of the payment failure by paytm for the transaction id-[protected]. And the same transaction is not shown in the paytm app to raise the complaint. The paytm must answer for the delay to make the railway ticket and to kill the valuable time of a army men.
