I would like to inform you that while booking ticket through irctc, bill payment of rs.2982.69 on september 10, 2019 towards (Paytm mobile solution) has been debited from my savings accountxx2814 (Icici bank) vide payment id:[protected]; consumer code:[protected]_irctc; bill reference information:[protected]. -but ticket wan not booked and irctc showing that failed transaction as payment not received from bank.
