Paytm Mobile Solutions — issue with the tracking but no clarification from paytm | |||||
I have written several e-mails to paytm regarding the issue. Initial they told me to wait for sometime. When i asked whether you have contacted the courier partner and resolved the issue, they stopped replying. I think paytm guys are well trained to these things. If you go for ebay, amazon, flipkart, sanpdeal at least thy provide their contact no which is available. But paytm??? Keep it up guys... You know for you fabulous service people will appreciate you in a very respectable and appropriate way and you don't that credit...
