Paytm Mobile Solutions — MONEY deducted from my BANK A/C but transaction failed

On[protected] I had booked railway ticket through IRCTC web site but unfortunately the transaction failed .The details of transaction are as follows:

IRCTC TRANSACTION ID:. [protected]
BANK TRANSACTION ID :. CN[protected]
Merchant Name: PayTm
OTC: [protected]

Payment was made through my CORPORATION BANK bank account by net banking .My bank A/C no is [protected].Please remit this amount of RS 1021.50 which has deducted against this failed transaction from my bank A/C.
