Paytm Mobile Solutions — money deducted using paytm upi id bust still service not provide.

I was making recharge of 498 rs through jio app and i choose the upi payment mode using paytm.then i entered the ammount made a transaction .but still my recharge isnit yet activated.i have the upi ref ID. For the transaction done to reliance jio infocom UPI [protected]@citibank.I want my recharge done what should i do? I made thus transaction on 25 april [12:06:56 AM].my UPI ref ID id of transction is[protected].
