I was booking a railway tkt thru irctc app on 9.12.2018 around 21.30 hrs. Payment of rs 1351.80 was made from my icici bank account thru your portal. The amount was not redirected to irctc and ticket was not booked. It does not show even in the failed transactions list of irctc site. Payment ref is onl[protected]/irctc l.
