Paytm Mobile Solutions — order under process for more than 2 days and unable to cancel order

I have made airtel landline payment with order reference no [protected] on nov 10, but even after 2 days the order is still shown as processing, despite my several attempts to reach customer helpline, its still shown as under process. The responses i received from the customer help line was to cancel the order but surprising no such options are available either in the app or website. Adding to the irony the call centre no[protected] was directing me to dial[protected] for account related queries, but even the[protected] was not actually for account related queries but was for blocking and re activating the account. It appears that paytm is like black hole, they only accept money and they either never provide the agreed service nor return the money. Hoping that atleast after seeing this post they will respond.

Order no [protected], money deducted from account for Dth recharge but not processed. I want my money back, or want to recharge my dth otherwise I seek consumer court

I booked train ticket from irctc app and payment by paytum money debited but ticket not book n no refund available

Recarged yesterday with Rs.498 but still processing after 12 hrs and no cancel option, no customer care. Request to cancel the transaction and refund asap.
All the customer care number are obsolete. No proper IVR solution. At least this should be addressed first.

i have bookiing ticket on irtcc.
first time i was booking in gujarat mail via powered by paytm.416 Rs debit from my account but ticket not booked.
2nd time also deducted 411 rs but not booked.
3rd time booked ticket.

but before two time on my accounts debited my balance so how i get it..

I was transfering 3000 from my wife paytm account to my bank account but stauts is pending 72 hrs no proper guides
Problem continued... Now after 3 days after series of requests to cancel this transaction Paytm without eve on consulting with me completed the transaction by paying the operator. It ninjas become double payment to operator in view of the delay by Paytm I have already made this payment to operator. Once again my chase is on to get this transaction to cancelled and get my payment but as the working style and fashion followed at pay tm NO RESPONSE AT ALL WHERE TO GO AND WHOM TO COMPLAIN
