Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund of irctc booking

Hi,
I have booked tatkal tickets on irctc websiteon 10th dec. 2017 using sbi net banking and via paytm payment gateway. But i canceled the ticket on 23rd jan 2018 and irctc has refunded my money back to paytm but i haven't received it yet.
In irctc account the status shows that the payment has been refunded to paytm.

Contact no: [protected]
Please refund my money back...

I recharged my mobile[protected] on Jan 5 for 100 RS. Order number [protected]
But Airtel has not received. I did not get any message from Airtel. And I have no balance now. Order no[protected].
