Respected Sir/ Madam, Ref.: Electricity (Consumer ID No.[protected] Bill No.[protected], Bill month July, 2018. This is to inform you that I paid the above mentioned bill through PAYTM, the payment Gateway of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited on 03.07.2018 at 09:48:12 and amount of Rs. 776.78 has been deducted from my savings A/c No.[protected], IFSC- UTIB0001481(AXIS Bank, Rajpur Branch). But transaction has been failure due to some unknown reason though amount has been deducted. So, I request you please return the deducted amount to my mentioned savings account.
