[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Undelivered product showing delivered | |||||
I made an order of haier refrigerator costing 57099 from paytm on 22 June 2017 and have cancelled that order on 27 June 2017 where as on 29 June they are showing that the courier partner blue dart have delivered that product on 29 June 2017. Where as I haven't got the product till now. I registered a complaint with paytm but after many days is on 5 July 2017 got reply that product was delivered to Smeeti. Where as there is no entry at gate of our society and there is nothing in CCTV footage which are installed in our society. This is clear case of 420 and causing lots of harassment to me and my family. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
