Paytm Mobile Solutions — Unknown transactionsl of money from wallet and bank account thru debit card | |||
Today in the morning at around 10.00am I opened my Paytm wallet (M.no. [protected]) to transfer an amount of Rs.3000.00 out of Rs. 5027, 00 ( my wallet balance )into the account of my husband in IDBI Bank. While transferring the amount and entering the full details and OTP code ( the account no. was already registered )a ‘technical error to complete the transaction ‘ was displayed. Then I tried it again twice but even after submitting the OTP code the transaction could not be completed but in the mean time I received the massage of ‘0’ balance in my wallet and an amount of Rs.973.oo and Rs. 3000.00 were debited from my Indian Bank A/c thru my Debit card vide transaction ID . [protected] & [protected] respectivaly. I am very much shocked and surprised by this unknown transactions, therefore it is requested to kindly arrange to trace-out the where-about of my money and advise me further line of action and Police Complaint.
