We have not received any amount from your bank account in that case bank may take 3 working days to show this money in your account/card. If your refund is not credited within timeline, let us know along with the bank statement from the date of transaction till date in pdf format. On 30 april 2016. I deposited rupees 300 to recharge dish tv of rupees 500. But neither my dish tv is recharged nor my paytm wallet received rupees 300. Rupees 300 is deducted from my bank account via transaction number [protected]igobxfskd8. I had already sent mail regarding this issue but the problem is not resolved yet from your side.
