Paytm — Money Stolen by "Paytm"

I'm Mr. Aritra Banik. I wanted to recharge my mobile number by Paytm, I gave my recharge amount by SBI NET Banking, but recharge failed. So I'm now in the trap of Paytm, I don't understand how I recover my payment amount or where I go for legal justice against Paytm. Payment done by SBI Net Banking, SBI NB Transaction No IG00APUAA2. Please Halp me.
