Dear Sir/Madam, This is Priyodeep Ghosh from Kolkata. I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy E7 from Samsung Smart cafe at Salt lake, City Centre on 18 March 2015. My mobile No is: [protected] (Vodafone). My Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com IMEI: [protected] I have been told that I would get Rs 4000 in my Paytm wallet but still the balance is showing as Zero. I was also told that initially I would recieve Rs 1000 and then rest of the amount I would receive in parts. Please let me know why the amount has not yet been deposited into my Paytm account and why there is a delay of so many days? I would like you to look into this matter urgently and solve my problem at the earliest. Please note that I have already registered myself at Paytm on 18 March 2015 but still in my Paytm wallet the amount is showing zero.
