Paytm — Order No[protected] on 23rd Oct'14 for Rs.276.00

I have recharged my prepaid TATA Photon Plus No-[protected] on 23/10/14 for Rs.276.00 from Axis Bank Debit Card.But the said amount was not updated to my TATA photon a/c neither the amount was refunded to my Axis Bank account. I also have contacted with TATA photon and they also have not did any thing to shot out this matter. I am again requesting you to look into this matter and refund this amount to my Axis ban a/c from which the payment was made. You can contact me on [protected] or mail me at [protected]@gmail.com.
