Paytm — Paytm has deducted the amount against the order [protected] but recharge was not successful | |||||
I have an recharge of my MTS data card number [protected] of an amount 499 from Canara Bank on 23rd May 2016. After that I have made contact in paytm care through mail, on 31 st may as per requirement of paytm, I have submitted bank account transaction detail in pdf format. After that paytm has deleted my order from my order list in my paytm account. Time and again I have mailed in [protected]@paytm.com from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com but no one replies. Paytm promise At paytm, your trust is foremost. Your money is yours until you get what you paid for. Now, I think either paytm has to provide my deducted amount, or paytm has to change the promises.
