Paytm — recharge done multiple times even though message of payment failed appeared | |||
On 24 march I recharged with Rs 249 on the airtel no [protected]. I filled in the details and went for payment. I entered all the details of net banking and pressed enter and the next page showed me a message “OOPS, the payment is failed”. I tried it once again and the same message appeared. It was not showing anything that order is processing or whatsoever. Then I tried for the third time, then message came that payment is done and the order is processing. Since this message appeared then I did not try again thinking that this final recharge may be successful. The order nos in the sequence are a[protected] b[protected] c[protected] Moreover, I was recharging for TATA sky for the no [protected] (order no[protected] and again the same message of “OOPS, the payment is failed” appeared. Post that I did not try from your website because of poor services. Then I recharged from MOBIKWIK and the recharge was successful. But the poor services of PAYTM did the recharge for all those failed payments. How come it is successful? Are you trying to make fool of your customers? I am not an illiterate that I can’t read plain English message. My objective is clear that I need the payment back for a) Rs 249 b) Rs 249 and c) Rs 351 without any wastage of time.
