[Resolved] Paytm — Recharge Issue | |||
Sir, I tried to recharge my AIRTEL Mobile with No.[protected] on21stSept 2014 for Rs.197/- using HDFC Bank Credit Card. Money got deducted but the recharge was not effected. When I contacted PAYTM they repeated said that the recharge was effected as per their records. I got fed up with their answer. After repeatedly sending them mails in vain I am lodging this complaint. Definitely there will be a mechanism to find out from the AIRTEL whether the recharge was done for the above mobile. I fail to understand why the PAYTM did not try it. I payed my vodafone postpaid bill of Rs2000 from my debit card as this is my corporate number.
But the amount has been deducted but the Vodafone team says they have not recieved the amount.
