Paytm — recharge not successful but i lost my 100rs (50 50) from my paytm account

i recharged airtel number with 50 rs rupees but recharge is not done but my money is deducted and i have done recharge again for 50 rs but again my recharge was in process but my recharge was not done and my money is deducted please help me.my 100 rs was struck.my order ids are[protected] and other is[protected] do as early as possible.fast fast fast.please. you can contact me to this mail :[protected]@gmail.com
