Paytm — Recharge of mobile number [protected] cash debited but recharge not processed | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I recharged my mobile number [protected] with RS 145 through paytm site on 11/06/2016 and I received confirmation from the site but I haven't received my recharge. Regarding that I contacted airtel they informed that as such no records of RS 145 at their side and they guided us to contact pay tm site. Mean while I contacted Paytm site they informed that the amount was successfully recharged and they guided us to contact air tel. Both of them were not giving suitable response. Please look into this matter and guide me. The details of the recharge through paytm site as follows Paytm Transaction receipt Order no: #[protected] Operator reference no: #[protected] Sat Jun 11 2016 [protected] [protected]@gmail.com As per paytm site if the recharge failed they will be refunding to my paytm wallet. But it wasn't happened. Please take immediate actions against the paytm site as well as airtel network because of their irresponsible behavior.
