[Resolved] Paytm — Recharge successful but balance not credited in mobile | |||
Dear sir i have recharged an airtel no. of 250 rs. on 07.10.14 at 11.00 am through order no.[protected] at paytm app. its been 24 hours but the status is showing successful but balance has not been credited in mobile. after 1 hour i recharged with freecharge and instantly got the balance. have also written on facebook page 3-4 times but getting no response. please do something either credit the balance or refund the money. i am very loyal customer of paytm and was not expecting such a service from them..please dont say our system is showing successful...i have even checked today the balance has not been credited..
