Paytm — Recharge unsucessful but successful show in paytm (refund not received yet)

Rs. 200 recharge of delhi metro card done through my paytm id - [protected]@gmail.com
Recharge successful show in paytm but balance not reached at my card.
Please resolve issue asap.

Date – 26.05.16
Dmrc transaction id – 1100046

No response given by paytm on my mail. (Screenshot attached)
Worst service of paytm.
[protected]@paytm.com waste initiative from paytm because they don't respond to mail.
Freecharge is more better than paytm.

I want my money back to my bank account.

Please resolve issue as soon as possible.
