Paytm — Refund not received for failed payTM wallet payment | |||||
On 07 Oct i was trying to make some order on FirstCry.com using payTM wallet, since there were not enough balance in my PayTM account i have tried to load money from my Axis Bank net Banking & Axis Bank Credit Card, both times it got failed, but amounts got debited from my bank accounts both the times. below are the transaction id for both the transactions from bank for which PayTM has claimed the money from bank: 1. Bank transaction ID credit card (with this transactin id Paytm has claimed the money) amount 622/- 495759B210E8D19564D1DEEE579CDA44583194E 2. NetBanking transaction id amount 622/- INB/[protected] PRN No [protected] for both the transaction PayTM has claimed the amount but its not showing with my PayTM wallet nor reach to FirstCry. my paytm account email id:[protected]@gmail.com cell no- [protected] FirstCry Order nos for which payment got failed: Please help me to track my money, PayTM is not responding, below are the firstCry order for which payment got failed at the time of loading money to paytm wallet: 1. 1873982OJ207F3053 tried to load money to PaytM with axis bank netbanking, 2.1873982OJ200F5212 tried to load money to payTM with Axis Bank Credit card. both the firstcry order got failed but paytm has claimed the money from bank accounts but now not refunding back.
