[Resolved] Paytm — This is disgusting from paytm. | |||
I order on 6-oct a bombay dying double bed sheet in rs 800on PAYTM. My order number is[protected]. I received the product on 13-oct. But when I opened the product it was completely different from the sheet what I ordered. When I email paytm about the issue they told me to sent the product back to the seller. I do the same. I sent the product through DTDC courier service and the consignment number is Z33363033. The status shows that product is delivered on time to PAYTM seller, but they have not send any details about refund. I am waiting from 22 oct for PAYTM response but they reply nothing. Every time I sent them Email they issue me a ticket number and what I have to do is to wait and watch.Till now I have not received any money or further response from paytm. I want to said to Paytm, First of all your email service is completely disgusting. Flipkart and Snapdeal service is much better than PAYTM they provide anytime call support to their customer. I want to know from public what I can do now to receive my money back and what action I can take to prevent such consumer against Practices of online seller. Was this information helpful? | |||
