Paytm — Twice recharge done due to paytm's fault | |||||
01/03/16 Please note that on PAYTM I have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with Rs 375 (Order No. [protected]) for 3G recharge data pack. Amount got deducted from my SBI account( I used NET BANKING). But I did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been done or not rather the status was showing "Processing". I waited for few minutes. Then I tried again doing same recharge of Rs. 375(Order No. [protected]), again it happened that my money got deducted and it was showing "Processing". After few seconds I tried again but this time with different data pack. I recharged my mobile with Rs. 299 (Order No.-[protected]) for 3G data. Again it showed me "processing". Then I filed the complaint in PAYTM only to cancel my recharge as it was more than 2 hrs and the status of all the recharges was still " PROCESSING". After around 4-5 hrs all me recharges got confirmed back to back.Now my concern is that all the recharges are for data Pack. Please if you could refund any two recharge of Rs 375 or may be of Rs. 299, It would be really very appreciable. Waiting eagerly for your reply. Ekta Singh Was this information helpful? | |||||

Is dere any responce about your problem...same fault is with my recharge payment 1598...

mera pehla recharge 399 ka 12:38 pm. pr hua bt confirmation mujhe 20 hour tak nhi mila iske pehle maine 2nd rechage 2 bje k as pas kiya jo successful ho gya aftrthat dusre din mera pehla rechage success kaise hua ye to fraud hua na pls sir look at carefully..
