Paytm — Wrong Order sent and they are not intiating pickup

Hello Mr Hitesh, Ahshan, Akash & Shivani Thank you for the reply Regarding your Questions about the package 1. Was the packaging appearing to be tampered with when you received the product? I have received the package in a very very bad condition and this is the first time which i had received from any of the online suppliers and this is done by only PayTM ( I have attached the picture of the package ) 2. Was the packaging sealed or partially open? Regarding the opening it is been not opened i think because the cover is given is PayTM cover only so i imagined that it is not being opened 3. Please share a few pictures of the outer and inner packing I have already shared all the pictures in my previous mails DEAR PAYTM TEAM EACH TIME NEW PERSON IS WRITING REPLY AND ASKING THE SAME QUESTION AGAIN AND AGAIN AND WHY SHOULD YOU REFER THE PREVIOUS MAILS THIS IS GIVING IRRITATION TO ME ALSO PLEASE SEE MY ORDER I HAVE ORDERED BLACK COLOUR NIKON CAMERA AND THE PERSON SENT ME THE GRAY COLOUR AND THE BATTERY IS ALSO NOT THERE IN THE PACKAGE YOU PEOPLE DON'T CHECKING THE SALES PACKAGE DETAILS WHILE GIVING COURIER AND DUE TO THIS WE ARE SUFFERING THE PROBLEMS ALSO I HAVE TOLD YOU THE IMPORTANCE OF THE RECEIVING THE DSLR CAMERA TO ATTEND FUNCTION PLEASE TELL ME HOW MANY DAYS MORE IT REQUIRES IF IT IS NOT BY 19TH APRIL 15 THEN IT WILL BE USELESS PLEASE INFORM ME WHETHER I CAN BUY THE NEW PRODUCT FROM THE NEW WEBSITES LIKE AMAZON AND FLIPKART PLEASE TELL ME IMMEDIATELY
