Paytm — Wrong Order sent and they are not intiating pickup

Hello Mr Hitesh, Ahshan, Akash & Shivani Thank you for the reply Regarding your Questions about the package 1. Was the packaging appearing to be tampered with when you received the product? I have received the package in a very very bad condition and this is the first time which i had received from any of the online suppliers and this is done by only PayTM ( I have attached the picture of the package ) 2. Was the packaging sealed or partially open? Regarding the opening it is been not opened i think because the cover is given is PayTM cover only so i imagined that it is not being opened 3.
