Hi, My name is Akash, I paid the SOL DU admission fee UG 2015 for my niece but the payment was unsuccessfull and amount debited from my bank account. we tried to make data recharge for BSNL Mobile no [protected], but two times also failed but I got a massage that refund goes to payumoney account but I do not know how to get the money back site because it is asking so many critical commands so I think that I lost of Rs 400.00
I request you suggest I paid through CitiBank credit card, refund comes to citibank credit card well & good other wise i am not able to open payumoney site or contact my Mobil regarding this.
once we go to make the payment through automatically go to this type of site and so much confusion to BSNL customer and lot of people loosing money like this type of site because this site is making confusion to customer.
