I paid property tax online through netbanking from my hdfc acoount for below mentioned property.

The amount 5586 was debited from my account, however the receipt page didn't loaded.

Now I am not able to see the receipt in Payment History as well.

I checked my account and can see the amount already debited.

Please check this and help me.

The photo says the truth about the Garbage spread in our area, The garbage pcmc govt vehicle never comes to collect this, we the people of PCMC India pays taxes to govt for this i won't understand and on the other side PCMC has the future to may be a SMART CITY how's its possible i don't know leave...any way pls send the vehicle to collect all the spread garbage as there small children plays in this area as rainy season started they will get hospitalised due to un - cleanliness arae overall in mentioned address : Opposite to Hanuman Mandir Near rupali paundry dattwadi akurdi pune 35

In our area there is nobody come for collecting the garbage everyday or a alternate day.There is no governmental vehical come alternate day. so...lots of garbage spread on the road.
please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I have done payment of 1863 on 10.06.2019 @12:25pm from my hdfc bank account. While payment the amount got debited however the receipt page did not get triggered. The payment is not reflecting in receipt. The amount got debited from bank however receipt is not generated.

Please help to get it fixed...

Garbage material is poured by someone in front of our society - Blossom, Near Silver spoon hotel from last 2 months approx.
This had happened during midnight so one day i.e. 16 mar 2019 when i waked up early morning then i saw such rubbish thing which someone did in front of our society.

Resolution:
Please clean it as it might be problematic for us during this monsoon season.

Immediate action would be really appreciated.

Most of the people in my area are parking number of commercial vehicles on road due to which there is huge road conjunction. We have multiple times request those people however there no use. 24/7 those vehicles are parked on road due to which roads are become very conjusted. So please take strict action against such car owners and ask them to park there commercial vehicles at dedicated place.

From june 2019 month badminton hall booking amount increased from 400 rs. To 2000 rs. Per month. Considering the condition of current badminton hall at 'thergaon dange chowk badminton hall' this amount is very high.
Condition of wooden court is very bad, no maintainace from long time, no sufficient lighting or ventilation, no drinking water, condition of washroom is very bad, no place to sit or rest.
Considering above points please reduce the booking amount or atleast provide basic facilities. Five fold increasing booking amt is not acceptable.

This is the 3rd time i am complaining about bad roads of parandwadi and bebadohal village, maval. last week some people came and did patch work on few potholes, not even all potholes. and just within a week even those potholes are back again. is this the quality of road you all repair. i really don't understand when we are paying taxes regularly, have given vote to the party who has won the election, then why are these people not making full proper roads. hope this time i will be able to see good road conditions before monsoon.

We are completed around 2 year on current resident still approved road is not created properly. We have facing sever issue.
Regular car/bike tyar puncher.
Too many accident on small road
People health issue because on dust.

We are regularly paying property tax. Still this issue. Its very small road. Corporation can easily do it.

Please help... Its humble request.

Today (30.05.2019) i tried to make property tax payment on your (Pcmc) website and just after making the payment (By hdfc bank) it got stuck. So, on your website it is showing outstanding, however my bank shows debit to my account.

मी सौ दीपाली जनकराज धडाम,
माजे ऑफिस जय गणेश विज़न आकुर्डी येथे चौथ्या मजल्यावर आहे, २४/१२/२०१४ ला आज़ाद शर्मा यांच्या कडून खरेदी केले व् रितसर मिळकत हस्तातरण आर्ज भरून २६/१२/२०१४ ला सर्व कागद पत्रे जोडून व् मागील सर्व बाकी भरून हस्तातरन करुण घेतले. त्या नंतर कर पावती माज्या नावाणी येत होती व् ती आम्ही रीतसर भरत होतो, पण अचानक ०९/०४/२०१८ ला २०१८-१९ ची कर पावती आली त्यामधे मागील बाकी रुपय ४०९१३/- नमूद होऊंन आली होती, म्हणुन आम्ही २०१८-१९ चा कर ५५०४/- भरून मिळकत कर विभाग आकुर्डी कार्यालयात मागील बाकी दुरुस्थी साठी २१/०६/२०१८ आर्ज दिला,

मिळकत कर विभागा कडून १क पत्र आले की हा तुम्हाला भरावा लागेल, पुन्हा आम्ही १३/१२/२०१८ ला सविस्तर पत्र दिले जर माज्या ऑफिस ची मागील थकबाकी आहे तर मग मला त्याचा ब्रेक-अप मंथ वाइज, आणि त्या च बरोबर तो कसा हे ही आम्हाला कळवावे, पण त्याचा काहीच रीप्लाय आला नाही.

पण अध्याप मिळकत कर विभा कडून मला मागील बाकी दुरुस्त करुण मिलाली नाही परंतु २०१९-२० च्या मिळकत करामधे पुन्हा मागील बाकी ऐड होऊंण आली आहे.

मी आपणास विनंती करतो की कृपया मला याचा न्याय मिळआवा ही नम्र विनंती.

Dear sir/mam,

I would like to apply for marriage certificate.
Its almost 2 week i am going to the marriage registration ward, thergao, pune.
Every day they people asking me for new document or paper i am very irritated now. Dont they can say the at very first time when i went there for the first time. :- (
Ridiculous process and people. I do not that much leave i am also having my job.

Every day i have to go three places, home (Marunji)-ward office (Thergao)-notary office (Pimpri)

Now they are saying get the nagar sevak sign on all the papers-does is realy required.

Also saying it will take 2 month time to complete the process as computer operator is on leave.

What a bad process is following here.

I dont know if this complain served by someone or not.

Staff is arrogant, slow and manage poorly
People spend 10mints (Ex. 7.05 to 7.10am) for buying ticket and they rang bell 5mint early (7.25pm) to take people out, people leave swimming pool after shower by 7.40-7.45 max

Leaving people swim time only to 15-20mints?? We people deserve all 30mints full time, and deliberately there is no wall clock in facility

They can manage effectively by giving tickets 10mints before as they have separate ticket area, but they lazy behavior leave people very less and insufficient time to enjoy swim...

Also tiles are brocken needs better care of facility

We would like to bring to your notice that for the last few weeks there is no pcmc vehicle coming for collection of garbage from echoing greens sr no. 166/8, near eden garden, near wakad bridge shankar kalat nagar, wakad pune. I have spoken to a pcmc person garbage collect person named wasim and he said he follows his saheb's instructions i. E if the garbage truck is full he wont be coming. We have asked our watchman to please have the garbage lorry have entry in our books daily, also sir we have have a bit of derbys in front of our society which we intend pcmc to please clean it asap as we are entering the monsoon season and if kept will have mosquitos which which cause harmful the residents. I would kindly request to please have the pcmc waste mangement vehicle to come to our society everyday and kindly clean the derbys in front of the building asap.

I would like to raise issue of the problems caused by stray dogs in sevanagar, kundan nagar, near vishal complex, dapodi. These stray dogs are a menace and dirty the locality by littering anywhere, which is very unhygienic. Many children playing in parks and other areas in kundan nagar get scared of dogs barking randomly. These stray dogs are breeding very rapidly & increasing in numbers. Please send some dog squad van to catch these stray dogs & sterilize them.

We would like to bring to your notice that for the last 1 week there is no vehicle coming for collection of garbage from lane no.2, sudarshan nagar, survey no.79/80, pimple gurav, pune. The reason being quoted is the road is dug up. But we would like to clarify that the road digging is done on one end of the road, keeping the other end mobile. Hence they can easily use the road one way and collect the garbage. To make the situation worse, now there are 4 corporators, so none of them are ready to take up the responsibility and directs to the other person. We request you to please take immediate note of the same and resolve this issue.

I live in bebadohal village pincode - 410506. The road to reach my home from both the sides is very very bad and its becoming worse day by day. I cannot understand that why can't the concerned authority repair such a small road of parandwadi and bebadohal village. I request to please repair these bad roads before monsoon. If not i will have to go to consumer court.

I am staying at kumar piccadilly, c201, wakad, near akshara international school.
Since last few days there are some dumping work of big stones going on empty place which is just adjacent to our building. That work goes on whole day and create lots of noise so our small kids cant sleep well and very scary about it.

The road near wakdekar wasti (Wakad) in pune which is turning towards "casa imeperia" is completely raw one. There is never any work done for this patch.
There are no street lights on this road.
Request to immediately check the same as this is causing lot of issues while riding vehicle from that road. (Risk with patchy road and no lights at night)
