I had bought this on[protected] for Rs 4900 from Capital Electronics, Gariahat, Kolkata. I deposited this on[protected] with Deb Electronics, Baghajatin, Kolkata for repairs as it did not switch on. I am now informed that only the radio and cassette player can be rectified at a cost more than 1000/- but the CD player & USB ports cannot be repaired as the motherboard/ IC required part was not available from Phillips. This is a great loss to me. Phillips must be asked to make the circuit part of the player AZ 1852 available for repair of the set.

I have a epilator MRP 6499...and using from 7 month...I got some issue and after complaint Udaipur local service center representative Mr.Bhupendra Behavior and talking language was too rough- rudely & 3rd class...I was done a mistake only why I was bought philips product which having costly also...after complaint against service center by mail & all I got in reply Sorry... company team is talking about his policies they don't need customer satisfaction...
Company service center person customer ko gaaliya or bad word bol deta he or customer need to listen that silently after all happened like this with me why should I will pay for resolve my complaint...
I do not suggest to any one to use philips product after whatever happened with me... because jitna product best he usaki service utani hi 3rd class he...

TV remote sensor is not working & tried buttons to change the channels but no response.

Philips TV brought on 19.07.2021 from Flipkart but now not working anymore hence raised a compliment on 04.07.2021 but till the time the product not repaired by company. TV model no. PHT4233S/94 and Docket No.[protected].

My trimmer is all new philips brand .but it's charge supply and charging is very bad.its need to repaire.

I was using steam iron and it suddenly stopped working.

Food processor is not working properly, seems that blades of the jars are not sharpen and looking blunt.

Need to replace the jars with sharpen blades

Buy this from Amazon online two months ago .but now this not working

I have Philips multigroom series 7000 product name QG3387/15 I want some accessories, spare parts Full size trimmer, hair comb and Detail trimmer

I have purchased Phillips trimmer BT3101/15 at date of 3/07/2020 but it is dead now not working request to replace trimmer or repair

After giving power, indicating lights of induction is on. But by pressing any switch it's not responding.

I am using Phillips steam iron GC3920/24 purchased on 22/04/2019. It is not heating properly.
I want to know the service charge for the same.

I had purchased philips trimmer 10 days ago on Amazon it comes with 2 years warranty. But today I found the charger is not working cannot charge the trimmer. Please reply on this

Hi have purchased philps 2.1 chaneel speakers on 9th feb 2021
in reliance digital store and with in tow months it stoped working and iam calling and sending email to philips customer care no from 24th May 2021 and they have provied JOB NO[protected] and till now no one has come to service heanc i request you to please look in the matter and solve my issue if possible please exchange the product and provied new.
