        This is new kind of fraud faced today.

        so this morning i went to buy goods . i have brought 1000rs of goods.then i asked merchant to provide scanner for payment
        he opened his phone & scanner after i scanned his scanner at paid 1000rs at 09:10 am 26/12/2022 .
        now when i asked him to check payment status he said not recieved now i scanned again and new name appear this time payment recived by him.

        first time i did scan and my 1000 rs went to someone else name (rajesh ladies wear) his number is available on phonepe but he didnt take my call .

        there is glitch in phonepe if this is the case i will not prefer to use it anymore.

        i have scanned from one barcode and paid to two different name and accounts.

        i have tried to contact and call to this person but not able to connect.

            Dear Sir/Madam
            My brother sent me an UPI of Rs.5, 000 to my Phone pay number [protected] on 26th July, 2022. But I did not receive any such amount although there was a deduction of Rs.5, 000 from his account. My brother complaint to Phone Pay app but no action was taken on their part. He is a member of Indian Navy and his hard earned money has gone. No trace of this UPI transaction so far. I am sending you all the details of transaction with expectation and request to do the needful so that my problem can be resolved.

                On 19/12/2022 at 12:55 pm i made a transaction of 2, 000 rs through phonepe using phone number to another account. The money was debited from my bank account and i got a sms of money debited but it is not credited to the recipient account. Kindly look in to this matter and make the transaction sucessfull or please provided a refund.

                  A payment i did on 16th december, 2022 with my ICICI credit card via phonepe.

                  for two days, payment was not received by the receiver side. i raised the ticket. they said, the ticket is resolved.

                  if my problem is not solved then, how they can say like that ?

                  payment is done successfully but still even after two days complete, payment is not received by the receiver.

                  their customer care does not work. their authorised person never comes in a picture to talk about issue with this.

                  trying alott to know about my money. its 12000 INR amount. for middle class people it is a huge amount.

                  and a person needs such money in emergency !
                  if somebody is dying still one has to wait for 3 days and keep following bank and phonepe support everytime for his own money ?

                              Phonepe has suddenly and without any prior intimation, blocked my account linked with mobile number [protected] on[protected] with a message that their system detected suspicious payments. I have not done any transactions in violation of my bankers terms and conditions and absolutely disagree with phonepe's claim. I hope phonepe support team will properly consider this issue and restore my account to active state as soon as possible. I am willing to provide any kind of explanation in this regard if they can contact me.

                                    Hi team,
                                    Phone pe transaction id: T2212090734356331209540

                                    I booked a ticket through IRCTC portal, through phone pe account. The amount Rs. has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by IRCTC. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I need my money back please initiate the refund amount...

                                      Mutual Fund Withdrawal

                                      I have invested in Mutual funds via Phone Pe and while withdrawing i am getting an error as KYC pending or Balance will be NIl. but when i checked the same both my KYC is updated in CAMS and my folio account was fully withdrawn i.e all the units are sold as on today.
                                      where is the money it is not yet credited to my savings account yet almost 2 months have passed and my 2nd complaint will be to SEBI.
                                      Is Phone Pe playing an Scam...
