My brother sent me an UPI of Rs.5, 000 to my Phone pay number [protected] on 26th July, 2022. But I did not receive any such amount although there was a deduction of Rs.5, 000 from his account. My brother complaint to Phone Pay app but no action was taken on their part. He is a member of Indian Navy and his hard earned money has gone. No trace of this UPI transaction so far. I booked a ticket through IRCTC portal, through phone pe account. The amount Rs. has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by IRCTC. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I have invested in Mutual funds via Phone Pe and while withdrawing i am getting an error as KYC pending or Balance will be NIl. but when i checked the same both my KYC is updated in CAMS and my folio account was fully withdrawn i.e all the units are sold as on today.
where is the money it is not yet credited to my savings account yet almost 2 months have passed and my 2nd complaint will be to SEBI.
Is Phone Pe playing an Scam...

I have sent amount by mistake Rs.8873 to the upi id: [protected]@ybl instead of Rs.101. I dont know his account number or phone number. The upi id linked with phone pe. But i sent him through paytm platform with reference no.[protected]. Paytm was rejected my complaint and said go to bank and ask them. When i called to phone pe customer care they said they wont give any details of him. But, upi id linked with phone pe only....

Hi,

I have made a payment for a new Bharat gas connection of Rs. 3, 153 /-.

The transaction shows successful in Phonepe, but shows failed at Bharat gas.

Could you please help me with the refund, so that I can reinitiate the process.

I got my account deleted a while ago, without knowing the proper information on deactivation policy.
Now please activate my deleted account, I was not aware of the deactivation policy of phonepe company....

The company named hubpages approached me for online typing job on 22/10/2022, the executive told me that registration amount rs 500/-
I did the transaction on 22 oct 2022 of 500rs to wrong and fraud account through phone pe UPI id
The money was debited from my bank account . Please kindly refund my money.
