    Phonepe has blocked my primary account for no reason. I am a regular user of phone pe and i have not violated any rules and regulations.

            My selft Medasani Avinash,
            i have purchased gold worth of 1Lack on Phone pe on 28th Aug 2020.
            After fews of purchase i lost my phone and the number i was using .

            after few months when i went to airtel for issuing me the same number they have mentioned that, they no longer alloting that same number that number is discontinued
            i tried reaching to Phonepe with new number i have taken and they refused to let me withdraw with my new numner and informed me that if i can't get old number i need to loose my 1 lack worth of gold
            Airtel clearly mentioned thay can't issue that number as that series is dicontinued . i have registred email with phone pe, however phonepe team is not allowing me to login with that email details

            need your help in getting my 1 lack back, i am ready to provide my aadhar, gold purchased invoice or any other documents required .

                I make a fund transfer through rent payment option on Phone pe, amount gets debited from my side but does not recieved at recievers end . No support from any customer care, they just cut off the line when we call,

                    I purchased ticket in irctc through phone pe account. My money 403 rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I need my money back please initiate the refund amount...

                          I transfer money to my other account from phonepe app they transaction is a failed one but they debited the amount then I raise a complaint to the phonepe customer care they give me the ticket number to the complaint after giving the complaint they block my number in phonepe app now I dont know how I get the details to get my money back i am going to complaint against phonepe to national payments corporation of india

                                    This is new kind of fraud faced today.

                                    so this morning i went to buy goods . i have brought 1000rs of goods.then i asked merchant to provide scanner for payment
                                    he opened his phone & scanner after i scanned his scanner at paid 1000rs at 09:10 am 26/12/2022 .
                                    now when i asked him to check payment status he said not recieved now i scanned again and new name appear this time payment recived by him.

                                    first time i did scan and my 1000 rs went to someone else name (rajesh ladies wear) his number is available on phonepe but he didnt take my call .

                                    there is glitch in phonepe if this is the case i will not prefer to use it anymore.

                                    i have scanned from one barcode and paid to two different name and accounts.

                                        My brother sent me an UPI of Rs.5, 000 to my Phone pay number [protected] on 26th July, 2022. But I did not receive any such amount although there was a deduction of Rs.5, 000 from his account. My brother complaint to Phone Pay app but no action was taken on their part. He is a member of Indian Navy and his hard earned money has gone. No trace of this UPI transaction so far. I am sending you all the details of transaction with expectation and request to do the needful so that my problem can be resolved.
