done payment for my electricity bill but I did not received the bill receipt

I did not received the receipt. I request you to please send a copy of receipt to my email on urgent basis. I am attaching the snapshot of the transaction done through app.

I am sending money wrong account

I am see the one phone in the olx i would like to buy the mobile. That guys highly cheating with the name of indian army. fund transfer transaction successful but still not credited to the receiver account

Yesterday i have transferred rs.4000/- to [protected] axis bank a/c, chennai transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no 24525621. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.. Transaction no p1810051032470565616383. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue...

money deducted but train ticket not booked

Hi team,
Phone pe transaction id: p1809262216573428963723

I purchased ticket in irctc through phone pe account. My money 650 rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I need my money back please initiate the refund...

phonepe transaction kept on hold

I, bikash kumar patra, account no - [protected] has done a phone pe transaction of rs10000/- on st 27.5.2018. The beneficiary account was credited but kept on hold.
The transaction reference number is: bupi/[protected]/[protected]:5026/upi. I have approached the bank for resolving the issue. But they couldn't and asked me to contact phone pe.
Kindly look into the matter urgently and do the needful.

wallet deactivate

By mistake I deleted my wallet account
I call customer care he says your account is deactivated and not activeted by any conduction he says everything are in terms and conditions
Very poor service
Phone pe service is very bad
My bad luck I use this app
Your service is very poor

unable to withdraw wallet amount

Phonepe allows us to store money in wallet for easier transaction with a withdrawal option as well, which is necessary. Recently after i installed it, wallet withdrawal demands completion of ekyc. But on clicking that option, it says ekyc service is temporarily unavailable. It has been like this since last many days. This clearly shows how irresponsible 'phonepe' is. By not allowing withdrawal from wallet, they get benefitted as customer...

problem in e kyc

I have an account with login id ([protected]) on phonepe and have an amount of 7500 rs. While i want to use wallet money software shows a message 'complete your kyc'. When i start to complete kyc software shows an error for last one month as 'sorry, e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later'. unable to use wallet balance

Phonepe — unable to use wallet balance

I am having 5863 in my wallet. But i couldn't use it for scan options, send to others, withdrawal.

If anything u can use it through merchant request they saying (Amazon, flipkart, etc)

They need e kyc if i am ready to provide they not providing options to upload my aadhar details. And also finally they saying it's maintaining activity temporarily e kyc not...

blocked my account for no reason

Phonepe has blocked my primary account for no reason. I am a regular user of phone pe and i have not violated any rules and regulations. I have 50 rs wallet balance and 2 of my transaction are in pending status. The call centre is also not aware of the specific reason. So i request phonepe 2 unblock my account as soon as possible because i use phonepe quite a lot....

unable withdraw wallet balance

After transferring 10, 000 rupees to phonepe wallet, i am unable to use the amount though the ekyc is completed. Even when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable". On calling the customer care they are unable to provide the solution and commit the time line to resolve the problem. Interaction/request id - 2761825

I have a phonepe kyc verified account, but i am changing my mobile number. I wanted to know how to change mobile number associated with phonepe account so that i can update my new number. My self santosh and i was trying to recharge my dth - sundirect via phone pe for the first time but i think that was my wrong choice to opt for phone pe instead of paytm.

After waiting more than 3 hours, i had been forced to reach ur call center to seek help on this issue. Lady, answered the call and requested me to wait for 24 hours.

cashback not received from phonepe.

I booked two tickets from ticket new using phone pe, when i choose phone pe it was mentioned that 30% cash back up to 125 but i didn't get the cashback yet. Now don't say again that cashback is not eligible to my order because it was mentioned when i choose phone pe to pay the amount. Nx[protected] this is transaction id of the transaction i made using phone pe wallet on 12th oct at 12:25pm amounts to 399 inr, transaction failed but still money was deducted. A message from phonpe saying that money will be refunded within 7-9 days has been recieved but its been 14 days still i didnt get the refund. Kindly refund me rs 399 as soon as possible....
