I recharged my dmrc card on 10th oct through phone pe which was failed and thus informed that with few days it will be reversed back to your account but still its not reverted back, infact they are just delaying the process, i'm a student who is facing this. I need my refund as phone pe and dmrc is just blaming each other continuously if one can, then please help....

I would like to inform you that i made a upi transaction on 30th sep 2019 for the amount * from phone pe mobile bank linked with my sbi bank account and the amount got debited from my account but the creditor has not been credited with the amount.

I have raised several tickets on phonepe, contacted sbi customer several times without any help.

When will i get money? Really frustrated about this app and ur customer care is not receiving call if they receive they said that it's your bank problem really and not receiving but call charges are u took you phone pay people are deceving us....

Dear,

I have done credit card bill payment of rs. 9529 from phonepe on 25/09/2019 as upto rs.1000 cashback received after successful transaction payment mode upi.

In just 5 min received 3 cashback of 105, 105 and 93 as per term and conditions. Cashback received was also reflected in wallet also. Screenshot attached.

Check and credited cashback as soon as possible.

I had made payment from sbi saving account to my friend janata sahakari bank account. Through upi app (Phonepe).
The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but my friend didn't get any mail or message of amount credited.
Please check and take it as high priority and resolve this as soon as possible.

I tried to book train ticket - as a payment option i choosed bhim phonepe service
Money was deducted but train ticket was not booked
I couldnt see the ticket even in my booking history

I have done a transaction through phonepe at near gas filling station for rs 300 and the amount is debited from my wallet account. When i contacted them and they are saying the amount has not been received their end. So we can't do anything/help here.

Then where the deducted amount has gone.
