My phonepe account is blocked from 15 days. I have submitted all the documents whatever phonepe executive needed. This is completely unacceptable and fraud. I have submitted documents 2 times. Phonepe executives taking so much time.

I got my account my account deleted a while ago, without proper information on deactivation policy.
This clause of deactivation that is a deactivated account can't be reactivated should be highlighted.

For the time being, please activate my deleted account, I was not aware of the deactivation policy of phonepe company

On 1st March there was a payment done by person to me for ₹6, 825 though it showed the transaction was successful from the sender’s end, I haven’t received any amount and not available in the transaction history. I have reached out my bank as well and there was no credit history.
Transaction no. P[protected]. It’s been more than 20days and I don’t even have the sender details, but fortunately I only have the transaction screenshot. Kindly look into the issue

I have done a rent payment using my credit card on 9th march 2023 . But till now the amount was not been credited to my landlords account . And even after reporting the issue PhonePe didn’t give a proper response . They are extending the dates for resolution. Actually phonepe is acting like a fraud company
