On 27th August due to some business transactions & for that for a payment purpose I have got a call who claimed to be an Army Officer, told he will pay Rs.1/- first via phonepe & for that he send me a QR code & told me to scan & send that.so i did, but then i saw Rs.-12000/- debited from my a/c.It is observed from my A/c that an unauthorised withdrawal has been made from...

I used phone pe app on 14/08/2020, 08:21 PM to pay for my medicines. It summed to be Rs.655/- The first time the transaction was not successful though it debited from my account. So, I repeated the same and for the second time the transaction was successful. I waited for 2-3 working days for the refund which was debited from my account during the first transaction. Please help me regarding the same and see that the refund takes palce shortly....

I had send an amount of rs 3000 via phone still the transaction is pending is shown in the app and received message from bank that mentioned amount got debited from my account still phone pe is showing the transaction is pending and the recipient didn't receive money and the amount got losted from my account...

My phonepe upi id is [protected]@ybl. I made a transaction to send rs.5000/- from my sbi account ([protected]) to a icici account. Utr is[protected]. Phonepe transaction id is p2006051141518622879196. Transaction was faild but amount was deducted from my account. Please refund the money as soon as possible....

One stranger customer called me, he has to take him 5000/-...but he misguide me via call And he raise request on phone pe to he asked me to do some process ...after that 15000/- debited from my account...i was cheated by him ...he fraudester...I want to know him who was that person ...phone pe is not giving details to me ...police is also not cooperating, ...i have transition id, And phone no. Of fraudester are [protected] and [protected]......

I did a transfer of rs.5000/- from icici bank to axis bank through phonepe self transfer. The transaction showed as successful but amount didn't credit to either axis or icici. I have raised ticket on the same but phonepe team says the transaction is successful please check with recipient bank. When i checked with recipient bank they say its problem with phonepe, where should we go to get our money back?

I posted an ad on olx regarding my phone to sell it. A person called me and told me that he want to buy that phone and after a conversation i decided to sell it for 7000. Then after some time i called him but couldn't connect. After chart prepared, the status of the ticket is RAC.

I wanted to cancel the ticket but not getting cancel option in phonepe IRCTC app.

And he ask me about my a/c information and UPI pin when i refused him to give my all personal information
He abused me and talk to me like uneducated person
So please take action against him as soon as possible and inform me......

I made a transaction of 2000 to my teacher in june 2019. Transaction was successful and money was deducted from my account but it was not credited to my teacher's account. Now when i came to know about this in november and called the customer care of phone pe, she said that this transaction is more the 4 months old so she cant do anything in this case. At the same time since this money was deducted through my sbi account registered...

It is to intimate for action that on 4.11.2019 at 5.57 pm, wrong transaction of rs.5000/= has been occurred through phonepe from my sbi account no.[protected].
In this regard i contacted to customer care phonepe n sbi but both have refused to help me. Phonepe customer care said that contact concerned sbi branch they will do we can not take action for refund n sbi customer care said that it is matter related to phonepe....

I had made payment from sbi saving account to my friend syndicate bank account. Through upi app (Phonepe).
The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but my friend didn't get any mail or message of amount credited.
