We have sent 11000 from bank of baroda to Hero agro traders( SBI bank) through scanner from phonepay, but the money has been credited wrong account which belong to AXIS BANK, ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected]
MADHAPUR BRANCH.
IFSC CODE-UTIB0000553
ACCOUNT NAME-GOOGLE INDIA DIGITAL SERVICES, the UTR number for this transaction is[protected], we have contacted phonepay but they didnt respond properly, so we checked with bank of baroda from our side they mentioned that amount has been credited to axis bank account, later we checked with axis bank then they told that its credited to google india digital services. Kindly help us get our money, as its a big amount to us.kindly refund our money as soon as possible .

    On 4th July, 2023. around 10:37 am & 10.:38 am amount of Rs. 40, 000 was deducted twice through PHONE PE UPI without any OTP or LINK or PIN ENTERED. It was fraud o[censored]PI, someone hacked my UPI. I do not have any contact details nor there are any phone number details in the transaction history.
    I LODGED FIR and made complaint to phone pe, cybercrime and Punjab National Bank, everywhere with 6 hours of the fraud happened, but no redressal is there yet.
    I received a call from phone pe about the transaction, I told them everything, but I haven't heard anything from them yet.
    it been 4 days since the amount deducted fraudulently and it is not refunded yet.
    I had a conversation with the bank, and they told me that the person who did such fraud has made transactions 1500 times that day.
    I even told phone pe about this conversation of mine to phone pe executive. but no action is taken yet by the company.
    it is a clear case o[censored]PI FRAUD.

        Every time I try to remove or pause the autopay for my spotify account it does not work. It just keeps processing but still no results. Please get this done as fast as possible.

          Regarding rent payment transaction

          I have done rent payment transaction trough credit card but amount deducted from the card but transaction failed due to technical still amount not returned to credit card but status showing its successful kindly do the needful

            I have paid monthly phone bill through phone pay on 19th May 2023 in this regard my bank balance amiunt debited in my account Rs.589/- on 19th May 2023-04.09pm but this amount was not credited in to BSNL account.

            In view of the above please verify your records and resolve the issue immediately.

                I had made payment of creditcard payment (Axis bank) through upi app (Phonepe). The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but i did't get mail or message of of my creditcard payment. After that i raised complain to phonepe via. App and also by mail.

                    i have account in bank of baroda branch linked with mobile no.. i have activated phonepay account with mobile no but a person linked his account no with my mobile no and received all payments made to my mobile no.via upi phonepay .around 9200/-rs received by that person.                     wrong account no of sbi tribeniganj bihar with ifsc sbin0003015 was linked in my mobile no .before this i complained to to sbi customer care and also bank of baroda they could not help it as I am the receiver .this is all fault of phonepe how my mobile no can be linked to another person bank account and if that account is not active then how that amount can be credited to that account.many times i raised a complaint to phonepe they denied to help .
                    i want all above amount to be credited to my account .as i am much tortured by the same.because of the fault of phonepe i am scared to use digital banking they are so helpless.they simply say ask your bank for further help then why you avail these facilities then we will always go to banks not these upi apps.in below screenshots credit account is not my account no. it belog to some person having account in sbi triveniganj bihar branch with ifsc -SBIN0003015.

                    As i am the receiver so banks are not able to help me out .

                      Hello,

                      I have shared the Kotak QR code to borrow the money 1000 from my friend. He uses same QR code to send the money then money credited to HDFC bank which I am not using at all for transactions. And kotak is a primary account already set on Phonepay.

                      Further the money credited to HDFC then debited from HDFC as a pending Penaulty.
                      Is there any business relations between Phonepay and HDFC bank to collect money from people to run there business.

                      I hope my concern will be resolved. And what about the people who do not know about raising the complaints for such things then.

                            Hi Team
                            I received from [protected] to my mobile at 12:26PM on[protected] mentioning she is from tata sky. The lady person on the call wanted to explain about some Phonepe payment newly added. I was busy and said to her that i was not interested to continue the call. But the way she replied back was a bit harsh. She is questioning why i cant spare 10mins and then she had cut the call abruptly.

                            This is very bad spoiling the mood of customers..

                                I placed a flipkart order on 01/04/2023. I paid 20, 048 rupees through phonepe for this order. I cancel the order on 02/04/2023 due to some reasons. But till now I have not received the refund amount. What is the point shown by Flipkart service team. Refunded on our behalf. (Reference number given by Flipkart :- CR23040207205714518612407,[protected]. I have contacted phone pay based on this transaction I'd. Phone Pe customer service team says that the amount related to this transaction has not reached Phone Pe. I also contacted my State Bank of India branch. They also did not get the amount. They replied that the return has gone to the seller's account. I don't know if my amount is with flipkart or with phone pay. I am suffering a lot mentally. I want the amount on.I want compensation for all these days of emotional pain. I need more than the amount on
