I recharged my fastag on 12th dec 2020 account via PhonePe for sbi fastag recharge of amount of 250/- and 300/- but none of the transactions got credited to the Fastag account whereas Phonepe has given the both UTR nos. for the same transaction with the message of transaction Successful.
I want the refund of the debited amount which has got not credited to fastag account....

I've made a transaction on 24th August for 4K rupees. The Transaction ID is P2008241736298957417363. Though the amount was debited from my account, the recipient has not been credited. I've complaint PhonePe but they say the AXIS bank server was down so they can't do anything. I've raised a complaint to my mother bank(SBI), they declined to raise a complaint saying PhonePe is third party.

I used phone pe app on 14/08/2020, 08:21 PM to pay for my medicines. It summed to be Rs.655/- The first time the transaction was not successful though it debited from my account. So, I repeated the same and for the second time the transaction was successful. I waited for 2-3 working days for the refund which was debited from my account during the first transaction. Please help me regarding the same and see that the refund takes palce shortly....

I had send an amount of rs 3000 via phone still the transaction is pending is shown in the app and received message from bank that mentioned amount got debited from my account still phone pe is showing the transaction is pending and the recipient didn't receive money and the amount got losted from my account...

One stranger customer called me, he has to take him 5000/-...but he misguide me via call And he raise request on phone pe to he asked me to do some process ...after that 15000/- debited from my account...i was cheated by him ...he fraudester...I want to know him who was that person ...phone pe is not giving details to me ...police is also not cooperating, ...i have transition id, And phone no. I did a transfer of rs.5000/- from icici bank to axis bank through phonepe self transfer. The transaction showed as successful but amount didn't credit to either axis or icici. I have raised ticket on the same but phonepe team says the transaction is successful please check with recipient bank. When i checked with recipient bank they say its problem with phonepe, where should we go to get our money back?

He abused me and talk to me like uneducated person

I made a transaction of 2000 to my teacher in june 2019. Transaction was successful and money was deducted from my account but it was not credited to my teacher's account. Now when i came to know about this in november and called the customer care of phone pe, she said that this transaction is more the 4 months old so she cant do anything in this case.
