On december 8 2023, Mr. phanindra mobile No.[protected] had transferred 4000 rupees on phonepe to Mrs Deepika (mobile No. [protected]) amount debited from the sender but amount not credited to deepika, issue raised on phonepe (ticket Id[protected] &[protected] still there is no resoponse about the complaint.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I recharged my ICICI fastag recharge with Rs. 1500, and the transaction failed(showing processing), but money deducted from my bank account. I want the money back.

        Sir i Have done one payment from phone pe to the merchant of Rs.792 on 22nd Nov 2023 at 8.08 pm. The transaction shows successful message with UTR[protected]. I also do online complaint with ticket no[protected] on 24 Nov 2023. It shows me status resolved. whereas the merchant said that he yet not received this amount. But the same amount is deducted from my account. Herewith i request you to please resolve this as early as possible. Thanking you

          Recharged Tata Sky with an amount of Rs 3144 on 12 September 2023 via the PhonePe app and the PhonePe team confirmed that the merchant has received the amount (Merchant Order ID: YPHW[protected]) but TataSky is says that they haven't received the amount yet.

          Please either recharge this amount to my tata sky account as soon as possible or refund the same back to my account (phonepe).

              On 10 Oct.2023 I have received one refund amount of Rs.4621.12 from IRCTC, having transaction number P2310102030394914252462, but the amount not credited in my savings account. This is the 2md time in this month, it happened.

                      Phonepe has blocked my personal account, when contacted customer support team, they said because o[censored]sing same mobile number for both personal and business account, personal account is blocked under section 11 of terms and condition.
                      But phonepe couldn't be able to explain what is that section 11 and even in Phonepe website also, I couldn't find any such section in accounts and obligations heading.

                      But the fact is that, phonepe team has created business account (payment gateway) after verifying all our business documents.
                      While creating business account, phonepe team could have informed us that same mobile number cannot be used. But without any such clarification, Phonepe business team created the business account.

                            I've transferred the money 70000 to an account but its sent to some ones account transaction details has been uploaded.

                            i've complained the nearest branch and receiver account has been freezed.

                              Phonepe has blocked my primary account for no reason. I am a regular user of Phonepe and I have not violated any rules and regulations.
                              The call centre is also not aware of the specific reason. So I request Phonepe to unblock my account as soon as possible.

                                I am facing a problem with Axis Long Term Equity Fund - Regular Growth - Growth, the redemption transaction got rejected due to KYC hold .

                                    I booked a seat in train on 8 june by using ixigo mobile application but it didn't get confirm so I initiated refund ixigo refund money in there application but I when click on refund button in the application money didn't reflected in the account ixigo customer care saying we have already refunded the amount from our end but there is a problem from UPI service end
