    I make a fund transfer through rent payment option on Phone pe, amount gets debited from my side but does not recieved at recievers end . No support from any customer care, they just cut off the line when we call,

        I purchased ticket in irctc through phone pe account. My money 403 rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I need my money back please initiate the refund amount...

              I transfer money to my other account from phonepe app they transaction is a failed one but they debited the amount then I raise a complaint to the phonepe customer care they give me the ticket number to the complaint after giving the complaint they block my number in phonepe app now I dont know how I get the details to get my money back i am going to complaint against phonepe to national payments corporation of india

                        New kind of payment fraud

                        This is new kind of fraud faced today.

                        so this morning i went to buy goods . i have brought 1000rs of goods.then i asked merchant to provide scanner for payment
                        he opened his phone & scanner after i scanned his scanner at paid 1000rs at 09:10 am 26/12/2022 .
                        now when i asked him to check payment status he said not recieved now i scanned again and new name appear this time payment recived by him.

                        I have made a double payment to a auto driver and I cannot see his phone number in the transaction history to make a request to return the money.how can I go about getting my extra money paid back to me?

                          Dear Sir/Madam
                          My brother sent me an UPI of Rs.5, 000 to my Phone pay number [protected] on 26th July, 2022. But I did not receive any such amount although there was a deduction of Rs.5, 000 from his account. My brother complaint to Phone Pay app but no action was taken on their part. He is a member of Indian Navy and his hard earned money has gone. No trace of this UPI transaction so far. I am sending you all the details of transaction with expectation and request to do the needful so that my problem can be resolved.

                              On 19/12/2022 at 12:55 pm i made a transaction of 2, 000 rs through phonepe using phone number to another account. The money was debited from my bank account and i got a sms of money debited but it is not credited to the recipient account. Kindly look in to this matter and make the transaction sucessfull or please provided a refund.

                                A payment i did on 16th december, 2022 with my ICICI credit card via phonepe.

                                for two days, payment was not received by the receiver side. i raised the ticket. they said, the ticket is resolved.

                                if my problem is not solved then, how they can say like that ?

                                payment is done successfully but still even after two days complete, payment is not received by the receiver.

                                their customer care does not work. their authorised person never comes in a picture to talk about issue with this.

                                trying alott to know about my money. its 12000 INR amount. for middle class people it is a huge amount.

                                and a person needs such money in emergency !
                                if somebody is dying still one has to wait for 3 days and keep following bank and phonepe support everytime for his own money ?
