I bought your product ( INDUCTION COOKTOP) on 22nd May 2021, which is not working rightnow. Automatically stops working in ON condition. From the beginning we are facing this problem. So please resolve as soon as possible. Thank You.

I buye the product from amazon.in, after 1 month o[censored]sage small two burner not working properly and the other two having less flame. It's under 2 years warranty and I need to get it fixed.

Below layer of backside of cooker comes out due to which proper contact in not getting with the induction. As it is in warrenty period pls rectify or replace it

Pigeon gas stove button didn't working properly.

I had ordered Pigeon Favourite induction cooktop from Flipkart earlier last month, I recieved it on 22nd July 2021. I started using it from the past 1 week. Today while I was using it started smoking from the bottom and was put off with a loud noise. It came with a warranty of 1 year. Please resolve this issue.

I purchased a 2 burner pigeon stove on 2020 july now 1 burner not working properly

Hot Kettel cap and button not working. I spoke to Sakshi on [protected] she asked us to complain online and share CRM number.
we bought this kettle from Dmart on 9th August, 2021

Gas Stove on July 18, 2021 via flipkart the Knobs are not working. I tried reach customer care via Phone, SMS, Whatsapp and email however, no response received at all. We need someone to repair.

I bought it on 6th June but it stops working after some days

I had purchased a four burner gas stove from your esteemed firm by online.

But nowadays its pan support is now decolouring now. As a reputed brand it is an unexpected matter and which is really a sad thing.

So please direct rectifying measures and expecting a speedy solution.

Gas store chula not working

You people have the pathetic service till date..i have never come across anything worse than this..worst worst worst...highly non-recommendable product..
I had issued product on 22 may and started using of 7th June from that same day it started giving bad electric shocks..
all the service men of that particular service centre are incompetent. 2 different person visited thrice and while repairing they have no clue what to do and and what not.

They just open the oven and call someone else for guidance as if they don't know anything and after sometime they assemble it back and leave.

Now my new OTG is like a useless metal box of loosely assembled old device.

The company claims that it's, "every kitchen makers dream" but it's supposed to be every kitchen makers nightmare"

Not only this product is worst but also your customer service is also worst..
If there could be minus marking i would have given that, because you people don't even deserve 1 star.
I want a full replacement of this item otherwise i will take this matter to consumer court

Gas stove burner switch leaking. Gas smell everywhere. Hazard in the making. Will hold the company responsible if there is a loss.

The product is still in the warranty period and the company is not responding to complaints

I have raised complaint regarding my pigeon glass top 3 burner gas stove multiple times using the provided automated system as well as through the provided email address and customer care number, but I'm not getting any response from the Service team. My gas stove which is just 1 yr old and is well within warranty has totally stopped working.

My stove burner has leakage issue and also the burner knob catches fire while cooling. .

I have purchased an all in one super cooker of the company pigeon stove craft via amazon in 2019 . Recently I observed that the cooker lid is not fitting properly to the cooker. As the product has 5 years of warranty, I want to claim it .

The thermometer showing temperature is not correct.my son have 102.2 fever but it is showing 98

In March 2021, I ordered a cooker of 2, 3, 5 liters. The cooker was used for 3 months and the lid came off. The quality of that cooker did not go well. That cooker has a 5 year warranty. please exchange this product.

Dear Concern, i have purchased above mentioned product from Amazon services in the month of March 21 and with in usage of one month, it stopped working, i have trying to reach all the customer care numbers and toll free numbers provided in website but none of the numbers got connected.
atlast after browsing internet got customer care email address and on 22nd June 21 have sent detailed mail regarding substandard product and they have confirmed thru return email exchange of product and till now same is not been delivered.
Whenever escalated they message that waiting for approval from HO and we will inform delivery.
Its been almost 1 year and till now product is not been delivered.
Please find reference no they have provided - 1819192.
One of the worst product and customer service have come across and i am raising this complaint for resolution of the same.
