      I got a Pigeon pressure cooker from More Mega Mart. The cooker is not working since day one. I have contacted the customer care and they have created a case for the same. But since then nothing has happened and i have been waiting for more than 6 months now.

      The customer care is always busy and I was not able to get hold of them.
      The service center person (Janteswar Kumar) said he is arranging the cooker lid since 4 months..

      Please direct me where should I go... NO customer care, No service center

            Purchased stovekraft induction cruise on 5th jun and stopped working within 10days ... Since than we have been marking mails to customer service desk but no solution provide. Despite of bad services agent aligned RAJENDRA KUMAR on [protected] maximum time not responded our calls and once attented used false and misbehaved on call refused to provide service and asked us to visit service center where again we have to pay 150 ... Why we should pay .. Why should we visit... Need onsite free service else get back your degraded quality product and return our money 100% .

              Gas is licking from Gas stove.Called customer care multiple times.

              Although product is under Warranty no one is coming to fix the issue.

              Gas leakage is life threatening, no one is taking seriuosly.

                Hello Sir/Ma'am
                I am purchased a induction based cooker before 6 month age on date 17/01/2021. And it is in under warranty for 5 year. But when i am using it for few days continuously then his inner part (bottom net) is separate from the cooker after using it 15 days continuously.

                  Why dont you just close your company when you can't have or hire some responsible people. Your products are pathetic and on top of that your resolution channel is bogus and messy. CC number is never answered. Emails have fixed replies. Distributor does not pick calls. Chopper being delivered via Amazon is broken, first use and the thread is gone. You do not perform quality check?

                          I bought pigeon fresco 400 w jucier on 22/01/2019. it has 2 year warranty as per invoice and product label.
                          Mixer blade screw broken. i raised complaint on 18/07/2020 and the product was in service centerand they didnt return it or service the product as they promise. Bad experience in service of pigeon

                                    I purchased Pigeon Ultra Glass, Stainless Steel Manual Gas Stove on October 2019 From Flipkart which has Warranty: 2 Years Warranty.
                                    I raised my first complaint to them on 18 December 2020, about I was working on the right stove but the middle stove automatically started where the switch was off, I had to turn my cylinder off then it stopped.
                                    After requesting them much time they sent someone local and he repaired it very temporarily. even after I said him this is a serious issue he didn't get it repaired.
                                    Next time on Dec 22, 2020, again on the same middle one I emailed them the "stove is at high risk it is automatically catching fire and regulator are burn". This time also they sent someone very local who doesn't even change the regulator, he said he will put some oil and it will work, This company service is pathetic, the gas stove automatically starts burning and regulator got burned what else they want to change the piece or get it repaired by the registered service center, do they want us to risk the lives and them after doing they'll take it seriously.
                                    And now this week on June 2021, again I'm facing the same issue where my middle burner's burned regulator is blocked and the stove is leaking even when the regulator is off.

                                    I'm done with the pathetic services given by the pigeon, My house is in the danger zone, I'm not able to use my stove, if some incident happened due to this then the pigeon stove will be only the responsible behind this issue.
                                    I'm fed up with this bad service now please take this stove away and get it repaired properly or change the piece immediately.
