Myself Mohammad Faiz mob.[protected] I ordered this product from Amazon and its delivered to me on 6/10/2021. Serial no. SK2106CR013352.
Earlier it was showing E0 error when i used to put pan or tawa over it.
But today i.e. on 20/11/2021 it caught fire.
Although its only two month abs its in warranty period only.
Life threatening to me.

          Dear sir,
          Purchase a pigeon favourite induction IC 1800w cook top from flipkart at product purchasing date 30.08.2021. product is not working condition . pls unable to get warranty service, no service center in tamil nadu, pigeon customer care number unavailable to not working. and flipkart customer care not response. so pls return to my induction electric stove . attachment to my invoice copy.

              I was gifted a four burner glass top stove from Pigeon Stovekraft. It was purchased from amazon and the product has 2 years warranty. Just few months after use, the glass suddenly shattered while cooking and slowing kept cracking till it was completely broken. There was no accident from our end and I had written to customer service on 8th September 2021 mentioning the issue and asking for service. I received 1-2 calls for details and after that they stopped responding. I kept waiting for the product to be repaired and finally had to purchase a new stove for no fault of mine. It has been more than 2 months of frustration with numerous calls and emails and the broken stove is still lying without any service. There is no reply to any email or call after the initial communication and it has been a very disappointing experience.

                    I bought my Pigeon Chimney in Oct 2016, which has a warranty of 7 years on the motor. Since August 2021, my chimney motor is not working. I have been following up with the customer care and they are not replacing the Chimney motor so far. All I hear is that "part is pending"

                                  Sir I purchased induction cook top in Feb this year but now it has stopped working I saw smoke coming out of it so I think Its coil might be damaged
