I have purchase combo pack offer through flipkart on 10.01.2021. I have been used only 03 and 05 litre cooker now when i use 02 litre cooker his handle clamp is broken . I did not see on the time of purchase. No doubt your product is good. I am living in Bhubaneswar. And there is no service centre in this city I personally visited in Bapuji Nagar in Bhubaneswar and many shops but they told me that the spare part is not available in the market. So please look into the matter and provide me a handle with clamp.

          Hi,

          I received Pigeon Kettle 1.8 Litre on 7th December. After two weeks it was not working so that I went to Pigeon service centre, kukatpally and raised requests 1657704 to replace my product. It was closed without any information and intimation. Again I raised another request 1715548. It was pending for the last 3 months and is still not yet resolved. Can you please update me on the status for request no's 1657704, 1715548 and why you are taking 3 months to replace the product?

                I had bought a pigeon pressure cooker from flipkart on 25.05.2020. After use of about one month it just leak from both top and bottom side. I have tried to contact stovekraft for claiming warranty on this product. Some information sought by stovekraft related to the product which was provided by me and stovekraft provide me a contact number to contacted for resolution but the person denied to take my complaint they provide me another number to talk about my issue. Further i have contacted that another person then he instruct me to send the pressure cooker to Bengaluru with my own expenses without providing any further guidance. It is almost 7 months since my pressure cooker got damaged and they are not providing the solution, only they are bothering me
                Till today i am unable to resolve my issue.

                      This company takes many days to repair and replace the product
