I received Pigeon Kettle 1.8 Litre on 7th December. After two weeks it was not working so that I went to Pigeon service centre, kukatpally and raised requests 1657704 to replace my product. It was closed without any information and intimation. Again I raised another request 1715548. It was pending for the last 3 months and is still not yet resolved. Can you please update me on the status for request no's 1657704, 1715548 and why you are taking 3 months to replace the product?
