I had purchased a four burner gas stove from your esteemed firm by online.

But nowadays its pan support is now decolouring now. As a reputed brand it is an unexpected matter and which is really a sad thing.

So please direct rectifying measures and expecting a speedy solution.

Gas store chula not working...

You people have the pathetic service till date..i have never come across anything worse than this..worst worst worst...highly non-recommendable product..
I had issued product on 22 may and started using of 7th June from that same day it started giving bad electric shocks..
all the service men of that particular service centre are incompetent. 2 different person visited thrice and while repairing they have no clue what to do...

Gas stove burner switch leaking. Gas smell everywhere. Hazard in the making. Will hold the company responsible if there is a loss.

The product is still in the warranty period and the company is not responding to complaints...

I have raised complaint regarding my pigeon glass top 3 burner gas stove multiple times using the provided automated system as well as through the provided email address and customer care number, but I'm not getting any response from the Service team. My gas stove which is just 1 yr old and is well within warranty has totally stopped working.
My ticket number is - 1872360...

My stove burner has leakage issue and also the burner knob catches fire while cooling. .

I have mailed my problem to [protected]@pigeonindia.in regarding to my problem. I have not received any response regarding to my problems.

I have purchased an all in one super cooker of the company pigeon stove craft via amazon in 2019 . Recently I observed that the cooker lid is not fitting properly to the cooker. As the product has 5 years of warranty, I want to claim it ....

The thermometer showing temperature is not correct.my son have 102.2 fever but it is showing 98...

In March 2021, I ordered a cooker of 2, 3, 5 liters. The cooker was used for 3 months and the lid came off. The quality of that cooker did not go well. That cooker has a 5 year warranty. please exchange this product....

Lid defective. Not fitting the base...

I got a Pigeon pressure cooker from More Mega Mart. The cooker is not working since day one. I have contacted the customer care and they have created a case for the same. But since then nothing has happened and i have been waiting for more than 6 months now.

The customer care is always busy and I was not able to get hold of them.
The service center person (Janteswar Kumar) said he is arranging the cooker lid since 4...

Induction is not work...

Purchased stovekraft induction cruise on 5th jun and stopped working within 10days ... Since than we have been marking mails to customer service desk but no solution provide. Despite of bad services agent aligned RAJENDRA KUMAR on [protected] maximum time not responded our calls and once attented used false and misbehaved on call refused to provide service and asked us to visit service center where again we have to pay 150 ... Why we should...

Gas is licking from Gas stove.Called customer care multiple times.

Although product is under Warranty no one is coming to fix the issue.

Gas leakage is life threatening, no one is taking seriuosly....
