My name is Nimisha shah. I had invested INR 40000 under FDR 22215 matured on 17 July 14. Till date I have not received any amount towards principal and interest. Even no one is picking up call at company and if someone does then they just do not give proper reply and hangs the phone. I need this mount for my daughter's admission.

i have invested rs 25, 000/00 on 24/06/2011 for 36 months and have send the original receipt for repayment on 15/04/2014, (maturity date is 23/06/2014). by courier, and also i have given a remider letter to the officer at andheri east address of the company on 20/08/2014.but till this date i have no reply from there said.

We have invested Rs. 25000/- in FD of M/s Plethico Pharmaceuticals on 29.4.2011 thru’ M/s Bajaj Capital, Mumbai. The FDR no. is 1849. Due maturity amount was Rs. 35644/- with maturity date of 29.4.2014.We had submitted original FD certificate, duly signed by us under our covering latter dated 12.3.2014 to Company’s registrar M/s Link Intime India Pvt Ltd., Mumbai. Till date (18.10.14) we have not received the maturity amount despite repeated follow ups. We called up M/s Link Intime in July 2014 when they said that there was a delay of 3-4 months in payment of FD maturity. The same was advised by our agent M/s Bajaj Capital also. However after over 5 & half months, till now the FD maturity is not paid to us. We tried to call up M/sLink Intime but they are not responding in their phone no. The emails are also bouncing from their ID [protected]@linkintime.co.in.M/s Bajaj Capital is also avoiding to respond in this matter. The complaint is not yet resolved. Despite raising the issue at various forum, the Company has not given any feedback. I came to know from various sources that the Company has gone into Dock and thereby ditched the innocent investors by marrowing their hard-earned money. What action Govt. is taking to penalise the defaulted Company and ensure that the poor investors get their deposits back?

We have not received back the FD money due on 8th June 2014. We had submitted for premature withdrawal on 12th Aug 2013.
We have received an acknowledgement from Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. on 1st Oct'2013, however more than a year later we have not received money.

Plethico had last advised that it would take 4 months to refund the money, four months later they have now advised that they again need 4 months.

We had invested a total of 2 lakh rupees (one lakh in each FD).

What redressal does a small investor like me have. Can anyone out there please help. Would appreciate if the concerned authorities can help in getting refund for this.

I am Desh Raj a Sr. Citizen. I have invested Rs.25000/- in Plethico Pharmaceuticals vide FDR No.8542 cumulative scheme deposit date 11.7.2011 interest rate 12.5% for a period of 36 months maturity date 10.7.2014. Maturity Amount Rs.36, 167/- through Bajaj Capital, Janak Puri, New Delhi. Although FDR surrendered by me in june 2014 through Bajaj Capital, Janak Puri in advance. But till date 23.9.14, I have not received principal amount plus interest. I am a heart patient and getting a very meagre amount of pension of Rs.1589/- per month. Today, I have talked to the Executive of the company on phone No.[protected] at Indore who informed me that my maturity amount will be sent to me it will take five months. I would request CMD of Plethico Pharmaceutical to arrange to refund the amount of Rs.25000/- plus interest thereon immedately as I am need of money very badly. We had invested Rs. 25000/= in fixed deposit of Plethico Pharmaceuticlas Ltd. vide FDR No. 24058 dt. 23/11/2012 maturity date 19/09/2013, but till date we have not received our refund of maturity amount of Rs. 25000/= with intestest, despite sending numerous emails / letter / telephone request to all concerned in the Company and Bajaj Capital Limited, payment still not received. I hope that Chairman & Managing Director Shri Shashikant Patel reads this post and makes some provision to refund the maturity amount. Regards Renu Semwal

FD Receipt No. 21341 date : 02/07/2012 Rs. 3 Lacs, (Qtrly Interest) 02/07/2012 to 1/07/2014
Also the maturity period of above said FD has been expired on 01/07/2014 and requested to send the total FD amount of Rs. 3, 00, 000/- (Rupees. Three Lakh only). Till date we have not received any positive communication from the company.

Also I have sent the medical report dated 22/05/2014 (copy enclosed) to the company requesting immediate refund the amount for my medical treatment bill payment. Till date I have not received reply or personnel hearing.

We therefore pray and approach to direct the company to make the payment of Rs. 3, 00, 000/- (Rupees. Three Lakh only) immediately.

I had invested in the above company Rs.1.5 lakhs in Aug 2011 as a FD.(FDR NO- 10610) The FD matured on 9 th Aug 2014.I have sent the signed/dischrged FD to the company in Jul 2014. They have not sent the redemption chaque and when called on their office no they say it would take 3 to 4 months. I need the money urgently.

I had submitted my signed Original FD receipt for Plethico Pharmaceuticals on 12th May 2014. My FD is for 200, 000/- It is over 3 months since I submitted original receipt and I haven't still received my funds. It is a big amount, I am suffering due to the non return of funds. The company is not picking calls, nor replying to mails. Have received no intimation from them too.

I have not received the FDR Maturity amount of Rs 40, 000/- due on 26th July 2014. I had visited the company today and was told that the company is going thru Crisis and they will not be able to pay until Six Months.I had planned this amount for my son's Tution fees.The Company had put me in difficult situation for trusting them and company talks about Ethics . I hope the chairman & Managing Director Mr.Shashikant Patel reads this post and makes some provision to refund the Maturity Amount.
