I HAD INVESTED IN FD A SUM OF RS 25000/- VIDE FD NO. 9524, CATEGORY PUBLIC, SCHEME CUMULATIVE ON 22/7/2011 FOR 36 MONTHS @ 12.00%. THE SAID FD MATURED ON 21/7/2014. THE TOTAL AMOUNT INCLUDING INTEREST PAYABLE IS IRS 35644/-. i HAD PERSONALLY HANDED OVER THE ORIGINAL FD RECEIPT DULY DISCHARGED FOR REFUND TO THEIR REGISTRAR - LINK INTIME TO THEIR BHANDUP ADDRESS. I HAVE THEIR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT NO. 14315 DATED 5/7/2014. REQUEST IF YOU COULD PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THIS AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST. HARI RAJARAM JADHAV - [protected]

I have deposited Rs 2, 00, 000/- ( Rs two lakhs ) through Bajaj Capital Bangalore in the Fixed Deposit scheme of Plethico Pharmaceuticals on 19/4/2011 for a period of three years @13.5. per cent cumulative interest. Subsequently The company issued a receipt for the FD i.e. FDR No.1233. accepting the same deposit. However, When the FD was about to be matured ..on 18 April 2014 the company intimated that they have sought permission with the company law board to retain the FD for further period of two years. My repeated letters requesting them to refund the money with interest to meet my commitments had fallen in deaf years till date. I have also appealed to the Bajaj Capital local office, Bangalore on the same . But nothing has come through till date. Even though they have collected the Original FD receipt promising of getting the money released immediately they have not done so till today. At least they should have communicated to me the status of the fund and the tentative date of disbursement so that I could at least plan my repayment to my lenders. I am a senior citizen aged 64 and you will appreciate my plight and anxiety when suddenly a large sum of my hard earned saving money to the tune of Three lakhs was with held by a limited company that too on recommendation and collected through a reputed organisation like Bajaj capital. I will be glad if you could look into the matter and release the fund immediately as a special case looking into my age and for me to meet the pressing expenses. Kindly do the needful. I am a Senior Citizen and company has not paid maturity amount against my FD receipt no.23726 for Rs. 25, 000/- which has matured on 30.09.2013 and 27334 & 27335 for Rs. 35, 000/- each which have matured on 15.07.2014. Company is also not responding to mails sent on their dedicated mail id for Fixed Deposit

I am Old, Sick, Senior Citizen Woman.For my Medical Expenditure & Surgeries, I sold my Thatched House & got Rs.10 Lakhs. I was lured to part with my only Fund of Rs.10 Lakhs. to make the Fixed Deposit of entire Rs.10 Lakhs with, M/s Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd., I was promised that the Company would pay interest @12.5% p.a. which would be Rs.28, 125/- per Quarter (after TDS @10%). My Fixed Deposit R No: 10267 Acct. No: 011172 dt. 02/08/2011 for Rs.10 Lakhs. matured on 01/08/2014. The Principal amount has not yet been refunded by the Company M/s Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd., so far. The Company did not make payment of Rs.84, 375/- of interest on FD from 30/06/2014.onwards. This is the only Source of income in my Old Age. I have to undergo Surgey for Cancer. My money is held up with M/S Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd., The Company is not responding to all my Registered Letters & E-Mail messages.I am subjected to very severe Financial hardships. I made a Complaint on the Company M/S. Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd., to Shri. Tikku, ROC, 3rd. Floor, "A"block, Sanjay Complex, Jayendragunj, Gwalior-474001. Other Depositors from Mumbai & Face Book expressed that the Comany Law Board & R.O.C., Gwalior have been managed by Shri. Sashikanth Patel CEO & Kushboo Kothari, Company Secretary of M/S. Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd., They are of the opinion that this matter of inaction by Govt. Agencies should be taken up with the Office of the Prime Minister & Finance Minister, Govt. of India to protect the Poor Depositors from the exploitation by Fraud Companies like M/S. Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd., & the concerned M.D. & CEO; Company Secretary etc., for cheating Public like this. Hello 4 Fixed deposits of my family have matured on 08 Dec 2014 but Principal amount not received. Interest also outstanding since 2014. All receipt submitted ontime in Nov 2014 for redemption. FD receipt no. 14506, 14508, 14505 and 14507 . All for Rs 41, 000 each. regards Rahul Garg

sir I have not received my principle amount on receipt #6656 for an amount of Rs 40000/- which matured in Jun2014. I have forwarded this FD receipt to the company at andheri, in mumbai. further I was also adviced to contact the ROC at Gwalior. But no response from either side. kindly look into this matter. thank you Ram mundhe

I am a Sr. Citizen & had approached the office at Andheri, Mumbai, where they assured me the amount will be paid within 2 months., later I approached the Co Law Board Mumbai bench and was directed to approach the ROC at Gwailor with a copy send to the HO at Indore. Till date no response from the HO & the Br at mumbai says they wil pay after 4 month. Its now past 6 months and have still to receive the principle amount kindly assist

I have taken 4 FDs from Plethico. 3 were matured in April 2014 and last one was matured in September 2014. I have submitted the FD certificates already to Bajaj Capital and they have forwarded it to the registrar. I have not recieved the refund till now. I have sent couple of emails as well and every time they are sending the generic response. I was told by Bajaj Capital that company will start refunding money from end of January 2015. I had a FD with Plethico which got matured in April 2014. The FDR no. is 1418. The same was surrendered earlier also as pre mature withdrawl but sent back to me that the same shall be refunded upon maturity. I got surrendered it through M/s Bajaj Capital well in advance and despite several follow ups, I am not getting my hard earned money back. On medical ground as my mother-in-law is suffering from cancer, we badly need this money back. The response at Plethico and Bajaj Capital's end is very pathetic. I don't know where to go. I am writing this complaint with great hope. I have invested in fixed deposit of your Company out of my hard earned money. My fixed deposit No.13378 of Rs.25, 000/- has matured on 27.10.2014. I have already sent the Original Fixed Deposit duly discharged for repayment of the same. However till date I have not received the maturity amount. I have invested in your Company relying on the Management and goodwill of the Company. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to repay the deposit at the earliest.

We had invested Rs.3, 50, 000/- on 26/11/2012. Maturity date is 25/11/2014. Maturity amount is 4, 43, 380/-. Numerous reminders and calls is made to the co. I have also lodged complaint with SEBI. No one is listening. I am planning to send them legal notice followed by complaint to Economic offence Wings. It's a fraud co. and as an Senior citizen my whole life savings is struck with them. I have invested Rs 40, 000, FDR # 23230. It got matured on 30th August 2013. I have sent the FDR in August 2013 but have not received principal and interest.
