My fd is due for more than 4 months and there is no repsonse from the company. FD receipt no.- 12750 in the name of SANGEETA SUKHLECHA deposit amount:- 25000 Maturity date :- 06/10/2014 I want to get money as soon as it is possible as I'm i urgent need of the it.

Please refer my above said FD for Rs 2 lakhs (Rs two lakhs), which was routed through Bajaj Capital Limited, Bangalore with an assurance of maturity amount with interest on19/4/2013. It is almost two years the company neither refunded my amount nor responded to my several letters. In the hope of getting this money I have borrowed money for my daughter's marriage. But now no fault of mine I am facing humiliation due to the non payment of my hard earned money which I had deposited with Plethico Pharmaceuticals. The company should realise the plight of the depositors many of them senior citizens like me and return the money with interest. See the fate of Sahara Group head, due to their mismanagement of Finances of depositors he is languishing in jail. These are lessons to be learnt by these directors and Chairman of the companies.Their responsibility is much more attending board meetings and collecting conveyance and sitting fees. They are not only responsible for their companies but also to people like us who had come forward with faith to help them when they were in need of money. Moreover, it is shameful on the part of Bajaj Capitals to push people like me using their influence and standing in the market to allow no good organisations to cheat the public. They are party to this atrocious attitude of the company which not even bother to reply to many anxious appeals from deposits. They should realise when they wanted help we the depositors came to their help they used us and now they are not even have a courtesy to reply to reminders after reminders. Bajaj is duty bound to come forward to refund the money which they have collected directly from us it is their fault they had bad company. Our trust was on Bajaj and money was raised by them using this trust and standing. They must respond to get the money back. Hope you will be able to help many o[censored]s who are in the fag end of their life anxiously waiting to get our legitimate money with many of them to meet their valuable commitments. I have placed two FD vied FDR No 6606 & 6607 for Rs. 100000 & 50000 in name of Dilipkumar P Kansara & Pravina D kansara which matured on 12/06/2014. After frequent enquiry they reply same when fund will come we will release your FD. I am retired person so I am in badly need. Please do needful

My FD - Receipt No: 9534, invested on 22-Jul-11 for the period of 3 years (Rs. 30, 000) matured on 21-Jul-2014 and till date have not received complete interest and the maturity payment.

My FD for Rs 10 lakhs matured more than one year back. Despite numerous reminders ( from Bajaj Capital as well as personally) company is yet to return my redemption amount as also interst on above amount. All kinds of excuses being given. Company has received amount to clear dues after selling assets at California since dec 14 to February 15. Yet it has failed to clear dues despite court directions. Hi, I am yet to receive my matured fdr amount of Rs 35, 644/- from plethico Pharma. I submitted the original fdr no.14901 on maturity to link in time vide speed post no EU[protected]IN which was delivered before maturity date ie 27/12/2014. Later being not getting any communication I contacted the company. I got a reckless response that my amount will be paid by March 2015. I am yet to receive any money and communication from company. On getting no response I contacted company over phone. I was assured that amount will be sent in March2015. I m yet to get my amount. Pls do the needful. We had invested our hard earned monies in a company in this Plethico Pharmaceuticals.We obviously depend on the interest income from the fixed deposits for our medical and other expenses.It puts us in to deep agony and frustration as we didn’t hear anything from this so called company on both interest payments and principal payments. We have submitted for getting the maturity payments of our fixed deposits couple of months prior to maturity. Being a very senior citizen, we invest our hard earned money, after due study of the financials of the company to get better returns than the banks. Despite our analysis, if the company fails to keep up the promises, we strongly feel that consumer forum needs to take up the issue to the concerned and act as saviours to us.Also we should take strict action against such companies.We cannot delay our medical expenses as there is delay in payments by the company. Kindly understand our agonies and ensure that we get back our invested funds along with the due interest asap. We heard that the company went to the plea of Company law board and were not granted extension and as such the deadline given by the CLB got over by end of May 2014 itself.As the deadline dates were already over and further there is no info on the proceedings, we sincerely request you to take up the issue and save us by getting us our hard earned invested amounts. obI have two fixed deposit accounts in Plethico Pharmaceuticals FD No. 11837 and 11838, each amounted to Rs. 40000/- and both of their maturity dates as13/09/2014. Till date I have not received back my FD maturity amount for both my FD's despite of several follow ups with the company. Its been more than 5 months since maturity and there is no response on paying back the maturity amount. I hope that Chairman & Managing Director of Plethico Pharmaceuticals reads this post and makes some provision to refund the maturity amount. Fixed deposit receipt No, 15812 of rupees 40000/- was submitted for repayment well in advance of maturity date 01/02/2014. No repayment has been received till date from the company.Emani Parameswara Rao is the first holder of this deposit.

The FDR No.20692 with a deposit money of Rs.40, 000/- (Forty Thousand only) matured on 12/06/2014 Was submitted for repayment well in advance of maturity date, But no repayment has been received till date, Emani Shyam Sunder is the first holder of the said deposit.Kindly make repayment along with pending interest at an early date.

Dear Sir, my FD of Rs. 1Lac under a 3 year cumulative FD scheme matured on 03.05.2014. I sent the duly discharged FD receipt to the Registrars, M/s. Link Intime, Mumbai who received it on 07.03.14
In spite of several mails to the Co. to make the payment of the refund of FD, till date no reply has been received by me.
