Hi Team, I made a purchase of Oneplus Nord mobile (IMEI Number is mentioned in the invoice copy) from Poorvika store, Thanjavur in the month of August dated 29.08.2020 with an offer of 10% cashback using Yes bank credit card option.I have done the transaction using the same. As per scheme I shall be eligible for getting the cashback of 2000 rupees within 90 days. The cashback will be credited in the Yes bank credit account but it's already 93 days yet I have not received the cashback. List of document attached: 1. Invoice bill copy. 2. Transaction Slip. 3.
