I bought a new sony mobile for 23k at pallavaram. During purchase, they promised that we will provide good gifts for your purchase. Since on that day none was available due to diwali, they asked to collect next week. When went and asked they are just giving a bag which was almost damaged. I wanted something else and they said no stock currently get it next week and gave the manager number. When i'm calling them today, no response. Why do they need to provide false promises when they can't fulfill them?? I'll be waiting till evening and directly demand for a proper gift fr purchasing for 23k. Was this information helpful? | |
