My car no. MH 12 PN 4497 was near cafe Peter Viman Nagar. There was no no-parking board, so the traffic police called me and said your vehicle is in no parking, you will have to pay approx 3000 as it's in no parking. I tried to reason with the policeman that there is no sign showing No parking.
The policeman ignored that, also I mentioned that the charges for no parking are not that much, so he started arguing don't teach me. Initially he was asking for approx RS 3000, when I said, I will pay challan using my card then he changed the amount & charged RS 1071.12. Traffic police said the vehicle had RS 200 earlier due so I paid 1271.12 in total. My vehicle was not towed, still towing charges of 484+ 87.12 GST were charged. After paying challan, the receipt was not shared and I also haven't received any message from the RTO.

As traffic police changed the amount & not shared receipt, I found that suspicious and took a photo of the towing vehicle then traffic police started arguing why you are taking vehicle number/vehicle pic.

In anger, he forcefully towed my vehicle even after paying challan.

After this incident I went to Viman Nagar Police Chawki to file a complaint against him. At that time I got a call from traffic police, he asked me where are you, I told him I am in Viman Nagar Police Chawki then he came & handed me my car over there.

I would request you to take strong action against the concerned officer for unethical action and misuse of power.

I have attached images of the location from where it was picked and handed over. I paid challan at 3:30 PM and after 2 hrs they handed over my car to me near Viman Nagar Police Chowki. Misusing his power officer has towed my car unnecessary here and there even after paying challan. I have been wrongly charged; I request the authorities to return the penalty deducted and take strong action against the concerned officer.

On 25th December, 2021 I was wrongly fined by the towing officials only because I asked them to wear a mask. My bike was forcefully taken out for the parking spot and dragged till their towing vehicle against my consent. I was wrongly charged under Challan No. PNCCM[protected] and my appeal was rejected as well. The towing officials were misusing their powers and rights and talking to me in a very rude tone and threatened me with consequences if I questioned them. I have clear images and videos of officials without the mask in these tough Omicron COVID times. I have posted a series of tweets in the Twitter handle with [protected]@kuspat in this regards as well. I have also written an email to Pune Traffic division in this regards. This blatant misuse of power and forceful towing despite the bike being parked in proper parking is unacceptable. I have attached Images and Videos of the Evidences that I have.

On 23rd Dec 2021, I got an E challan for my LMV Car with MHG14 Reg No. for No entry driving. The images attached in the evidence of the e challan are for a HCV/Lorry or a Truck with MH12 Registration. Rest of the number is same for both these vehicles. I raised a grievance which was declined without any investigation saying that "We found no distraction in offense.
I am not allowed to raise another grievance now on the website.

My car no. MH 12 PH 4190 was towed by the Pune Traffic police which was parked in a lane opposite Mithas sweets on the ITI Road, Aundh, Pune at 17:21 hrs today.

I was challaned as I had parked in a No parking area. I tried to reason with the policeman that there is no signage showing No parking.
The police man stated that the entire lane is No Parking lane.

There was no signage as you can see from the video attached. I have been wrongly charged; I request the authorities to return the penalty deducted as there was no sign at all.

Due to following issues, huge traffic is in Mundhwa chowk red light:
- No helmets for two wheelers
- wrong side driving
- not following lane driving
- waiting autos & trucks at roads blocking roads for ease of traffic

There are 4-5 traffic police at Mundhwa Chowk but no body checks for above issues creating a very big traffic jam at Mundhwa Chowk.

Just by following three things, this can be resolved:
- Wearing Helmets compulsory for 2 wheelers / CHallan for no helmets
- follow Lane driving / Challan for rash driving or not following lane driving
- does not allow standing autos / trucks blocking the roads. Issue challans for such default.

Issue -
everyday trucks and other large vehicles are parked on both sides on the road causing huge traffic and inconvenience to residents commuting for work
daily road accidents are observed and drainage pipes are seen broken and water keeps leaking 24x7 because of heavy loaded trucks movement and parking all the time.

Dear Traffic Police,

Myself Mr. Vishwanath Shashikant Malwadkar, I am writing this mail to you as I have received 2 nos. of e challan for my registered vehicle no. MH12NG2396 which is Passion Pro. Challan No. is PNCCC[protected] & PNCCC[protected]

I have checked the same on e challan website and i found that the vehicle shown in image was not mine its Activa and i have Passion Pro and the vehicle driver also someone else.

I have visited the traffic police office and checked the CCTV footage for both the challans with traffic police and we found that the vehicle caught by traffic police is an Activa with the same vehicle no. of mine i.e. MH12NG2396.

I request you to revisit both the e challans once again and cancel the charges applied on my vehicle no. MH12NG2396. I also request you to please investigate this case and catch the person who is travelling with my vehicle registered number i.e. MH12NG2396 and resolve the issue at the earliest.

I also request you from here onwards anything charged on the vehicle shown in picture will not be chargeable / punishable to me as the vehicle is not mine and I am getting fraud charges.

Please investigate matters at the earliest so that I will not be in trouble once again.

I have attached pictures of caught vehicles which is shown in e Challan and my vehicle registration for your ready reference.

I got message of challan SDDCM[protected] for my four wheeler vehicle no MH12SU7058 for over passenger...I was surprised to see this challan and accordingly raised grievances but same also declined ..in image it is someone's two wheeler is showing and challan generated for my four wheeler...

I request you to investigate this on priority and cancel my challan which is creating mental tress for me.

One of the traffic police stopped today he asked me for licence I told him I was in a hurry can you tell me fine I will pay but he forced me to pay fine by cash on the spot and he was literally talking in worst language to me he was taking about my parent how they raised me because I told him that I will pay online fine through link. He said "don't create scene or I will hit you"
This is the way to talk to a lady on public place??????
I didn't break any rules I agreed to pay the money also because partly my mistake was there I forgot to carry licences but is this literally the way to talk to a girl...
When I pay money through cash he said if you requested me politely I wouldn't have taken any money from you. He was not doing his job he was just taking his frustration on us common people and taking agression on common people...

I have been charged on the vehicle i dont own.
The vehicle i owe is a black colour qualis and the picture shows that the vehicle is a white colour scropio.
Kindly help at the earliest

This incident happened to me on 13th October 2019. I was driving my four-wheeler but they fined me for "without a helmet".

My complaint is that the proof you sent me of the fine imposed on my motorcycle is only a photo of the vehicle number. You haven't provided any proof that my bike was parked in the wrong place. Your employee has forced me to pay a wrong penalty. I wanted to go to work and if I was late for work I would have been fined so I paid the fine. This wrongdoing of yours has caused me mental and physical distress.

I have parked the vehicle in no parking zone, nand when inspector caught me I was present there and the towed the vehicle in front of me, I told him not to has I'm giving the fine which is 500, but he towed the vechile and charged me extra 258

I need the refund of 258 rs. Which he charged extra...

Accidentally i parked my vehicle where there was no (no parking board) and my friend’s vehicle was tow to the police station (khadki police station) . Police behaviour was extremely rude and then later they had kept goons there who are illiterate without police costume they pushed behind when i asked them about the rules to keeping my bike with them on issuing chalan . Pune traffic police had fined me wrongly through E challan no PNCCC[protected] dt: 30th January 2021 at 10:18. When I saw the images there are 2 different vehicle in the image in both the images the vehicle are different number which does not belongs to me. Hence request to please cancel the challan on my name and charge to the person whom the vehicle no belonging.

I got echallan for Rs.500 against my scooty MH12KM7014, however when I checked attached image for echallan it shows for different scotty number MH12KM7074 Which is not my scotty.
Request you to please cancel echallan on my name and assign it to the owner of MH12KM7074.
Last Four digits of my scotty chasis number is 2311.

Hi, I can see 10 e-challans on my Bike.
However only one 1 of them belongs to my Bike (PNCCC[protected] 8 Aug 2021) . My Bike : MH12 QJ 8468 Navy Blue YAMAHA FZ
Apart from that, all the 9 e-challans belongs to different bike.
In all the 9 challans, you can see the different white bike with number MH12 GJ 8468 or MH12 OJ 8468. Since the number is similar, all these challans got issued on my Bike. Please assign these challans to correct person and remove it from my name/bike.
Since the total challan amount (wrongly issued) is 4300 Rs, I request you to take quick steps. Thanks in advance.

My vehicle number is MH14DT5532 and I have been fined Rs. 200 for breaking the signal at Wadgaon Maval on 19.11.2021 and Rs. 200 for wearing black tape. Although my car is not in this photo, the fine imposed on me should be canceled. This is a humble request.
