Today when i was taking turn from nalstop two traffice police stop my two wheeler and fine me for wrong turn but sign was so dirty and not visually clear. But traffic police was very much disparate for taking the fine, i told him that u-turn sign is not visually correct and required to be changed.Instead of considering my suggestion, he told me that you have to complaint the traffic police office. I said that if you are on duty then why you are not taking action even it is seen in front of you. But both are very busy in fine collection instead of controlling the traffic. Time was 11.30 am date[protected]

It has been frequent instances for heavy traffic in talawade chowk.
Yesterday the traffic was jam packed due to people not following traffic rules. Just to cross capgemini to yamunagar it took us 2 hours which is very frustrating.
There are no signals and no rto police officer to control the traffic.
Appreciate if immediate actions are taken and the complaint is considered on high priority.

A traffic person locked my car when i parked my car outside station on platform number 6 side. I parked the car for a quick drop so that i can help my parents board the train. When i came back i found my car locked with 'police' and a phone number '[protected]' written on it. When i called the guy he said me to wait near the car and he came back after 30 minutes with a towing vehicle. I said as there were a lot of cars parked here and all these are beyond the white line so off the road and not affecting the traffic hence i parked here. However i accept my mistake and should have parked at the station parking lot so please let me know the legal fine amount with the violation charges. He first checked all my documents like license, insurance, registration and found everything ok and then to my shock he said you have to give rs 2200. When i protested that this is too much of amount, he said i can settle you down for rs 2000 without challan. I said i'll give you rs 2200, the legal fine and you make me the receipt. On hearing this he got agitated and i won't give you the receipt here and will tow your car to the rto there i'll make sure you will go through the worse time and the fine will be much more than rs 2200, he literally ordered the towing vehicle to come to the car and then he placed the hook for towing right in front of me. It was a clear indication that he won't settle for anything else than bribe. I wasn't feeling good that day and was having fever also had my old grand father with me and was in no condition to go through all this. I negotiated the bribe from 2000, to rs 1000 and give him the money so that i can go to home finally. With people like those even when we wan't to pay the fine legal ways they make sure we are not allowed to. This is the reason india will always remain a place where people will feel threatened instead of protected when we see an official. Request you to please take action against that person and let me know the legitimate fine amount which i can pay if at all that was a violation.

Incident dated 24/04/2016.
Our activa was towed from pimple saudagar area, pimprichinchwad, pune.
It was then taken to sangvi traffic police station.
Police officer was not in uniform and was very used he abused and threatened us.
They were asking for 1050rs fine, atlast after 2hrs of argument he suddenly took my activa was taking in lost and found and asked me to take it from court after 20days.
Atlast he gave me back my activa after taking 500rs fine without reciept.

Please can anyone tell me where can i compain, i have video proof also.

Matter for news -- on 24 aug.2003 forced to sign vrs for rs. 3.5 lac not paid till today. On 9 april 2004 termination of my 24 years of services from tata motors ltd. Pimpri pune –411018.Without any reason. On 21 sep. 2004 company’s doctor found me fit and given me medical fitness certificate for joining of regular duty. On 30 march 2005 my i card was forcibly removed from me by mr. Desai / mr. Kulkarni asst. To a.K.Ghose. Agm hr of tata motors ltd. Pimpri, pune - 411018.This matter was reported to mohan nagar police chow key chinch wad pune –19 .But police took no action inspite of informing to the police commissioner, pune - 411001.And on contray false case of cheque rs 18687 one month notice pay overwriting was filed against me due to which i lost my job of m/s weikfield, bakorigaon, wagholi, pune . Acquited without any charge in feb.2012.This is clear to live normal life in pune is crime .

My bike was picked up from no parking zone by Pune traffic police. When I reached Shastri nagar (Pune) police station they showed me a list which was kept outside the station mentioning "Parking in no parking zone" penalty Rs. 1050/- . Coming back home I checked on traffic police website, the penalty is only Rs. 100/-. How come they are having fake list? Where is the law against such fraudsters? Openly they are misguiding people and charging hefty amount that also going against the law? can anybody take cognizance of this? I saw so many complaints against traffic police in this forum. Atleast anti corruption department should consider these complaints and take action.

Hi, Area: Pimple Saudagar, Pune Signal: Shivar Chowkn Traffic police only interested in taking fine and they are not interested in managing traffic. Signals are disabled and they saying reason is traffic. This is problematic when someone try to cross the road. Ideally it is there duty to help people so they can cross the road safely. If some one die then are they going to take responsibility? or they are waiting for such accidents. They are saying call 100 number which is not reachable. Kindly take action on it.

Dear Sir, I had parked my bike in front of SBI bank Chinchwad station branch. ( the big bazaar complex on the highway). The place is supposed to no-parking so the police truck carried away my bike along with many others to the police station situated in front of SKF company, Chinchwad. The police men there were showing fake RTO penalty list and charging INR 1000 as no parking fine. everyone present there were forced to bribe those policemen to avoid such high amount by giving INR 700- INR 800 depending on negotiation skills. I found that this is a daily story everyday they collect huge sum. these policemen were laden with heavy gold chains, rings, spectacle frames and watches. they looked very rich. I request you to please conduct an exercise to catch them red handed. I did not collect any evidence since i believed in the penalty list shown by them.

Saheb, We have new Police chowky in dhanori but still within radios of 1 kilometer you can get 8 to 10 illegal liquor selling dhabbas and rooms, and all are operating and flourishing very well with police and local corporators (tingres) help. In Dhanori especially parande nagar lots of illegal double floor & triple floor buildings/chawls are coming-up. Tenants are not registered at police station that is hardly 500 mtrs away the area. Every day or another there is fights, quarrels, and most of tenants are consuming alcohol openly in the area. Even he building owners are mostly local goons who enjoy consuming alcohol with tenants. This place parande nagar in dhanori is creating problems to local residents and even children and ladies are insecure due to scene created by tenants. It is also understood that illegal activities are carried out in parande nagar Sr. No 81/82. Hi All, Today I parked my bike infront of ICICI Bank Chinchwad branch. Traffic police taken the bike kept it Kamgar Bhuvan Pimpri. When I went there to take my vehicle. Its horrible, In the kamgar bhuvan pimpri where traffic dept is there, there are some gundas are seating, and instead of traffic police they have this charge of vehicles which they picked. After showing all documents they are asking like give me Rs. 1000 then only u will get vehicle. I went to traffic police room, but no one is there, its just like these police have co-operation with this gundas and given the charge of vehicles to them.This happens to all the peoples who came with me. and I was in hurry, since I have to leave to my hometown. So I have no way and finally I paid Rs.700, but they didnt give me receipts and threat me to go away from here. After enquring about this I came to know, that everyday this happens, since In the bank everybody is coming for money transactions, and everybody is in hurry, and defnately everbody has some cash in his pocket.so these people are looting them. Now police station became home of gundas and Police are taking there help to loot the people. Please take appropriate action against them means atleast these gundas will not sit there and people should not face them. I would like to bring to your kind notice a very unpleasant incident that has happened with me at Deccan College Signal on 28th nov. 2015. Firstly I would like to take the opportunity to appreciate the drive conducted by the traffic police just 200 m before the Deccan College Signal. Such routine checking helps us restore the faith in the system and judiciary. While the checking is necessary to catch the offenders, I fail to understand the need to have around 9 officers to do the job at the same spot just 200m away from the signal where CCTV is installed. During the checking I was found to have not carried my Licence, My bike papers and PUC and was also not wearing a helmet. I apologize for the grave mistake. I agreed that time that it was my mistake and was also ready to pay the fine but just because I was at fault does that give a right to the onduty officer ‘ASI Mr. JJA Katukaran’ to be rude to me, to snatch away my bike keys and to scare me with dire consequences if I questioned and in worst case scenario put me in Jail. I don’t think that my crime was so big that I could go to Jail. I quickly called up my daughter and asked her to get the required documents. While I was waiting patiently I observed That people riding the bullet bikes were not stopped in spite of they not wearing the helmet. Also a guy escaped the clutches by saying that he was from Arogya Vibhag. The inspector asked the officer to let him go. Why should there be such discrimination??? First the officer asked me to pay Rs.700 and then suddenly he said you can just pay Rs. 200 on being asked why so My fine was made Rs. 800 and on further questioning the officer asked me to pay Rs.900. I told him politely that I’m ready to pay the charges kindly explain me the sections along with the fine charged on this the officer asked me to directly go to the court and pay the charges. The Inspector present at the scene was not at all supportive, without knowing the exact story he started yelling at us and also gave us warning. It seems like to due the short tempered nature of ‘ASI Mr. JJA Katukaran’ I have been forced to go through the cumbersome process in order to get my license back in spite of the fact that I was ready to pay the whole amount in cash at the spot. I have been targeted because I asked ‘ASI Mr. JJA Katukaran’ to explain the charges levied on me. I believe a tax payer of this country atleast has the right to know what he is paying for. Sir I have the recordings in my support which will provide the evidence. I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest as such incidences shake our faith in the judiciary and give us a feeling that a person in power can walk over a common man. Kindly help me as my licence is still with ‘ASI Mr. JJA Katukaran’. Thank you.

I m exarmy bahadur singh now driving in cognizant company todays i pickup from warje malwadi and i was proper dress and wearing sit belt etc. Under the warje bridge some trafic police stand and collect fine and stop me and take my licence no any mostake from me side cons Kiran dawde said me give me 100 Rupees otherwise i will send your licence in coart pune where u will pay 300 Rupees aur muje licence nahi diya air ma hi koi received diya

As per rules the General Thinmaya Road in front of Bishops School Ground coming from Arjun Marg has one way only at certain time slots which is put on the notice board on the road. But we see frequently the St. Mary's school security guards ganging up and forcibly blocking the road and diverting the vehicles to other routes even at 7am. Local regular commuting to work and urgent places doesnt allow drivers to stop and argue with them and spoil the day. This should be dealt by the authorities because the security guards pose as police officers and increasing security guards and local public doing these jobs all over Pune is reducing importance of Police too

I would like to request the authorities to regulate traffic at entry points to chanda nagar and kharadi bypass on nagar road as at anytime in the day there is unregulated traffic flowing in from all directions and causing block right from chandannagar to kharadi on nagar road

I went to ATM for withdraw some amounts, I parked my car for 2 mins in front of ATM in Hadapsar. suddenly traffic police came and asked me to pay 4000 Rs. as you parked you vehicle in wrong parking. I was just having 2000 Rs in my pocket. I told them I am ready to pay fine, but I can't pay 4000 rs. Since I was suffering from high fever, was not interested to argue with them so I paid then 2000 Rs. Even though i paid 2000 rs they just written challan for 250 rs only...Really i appreciate and salute they job.. but i dont expect they do this kind of business and threat common people for money...

I would like to bring it to the notice of everyone, today we 3 friends were ridind to camp at GERA JUNCTION we were stoped by three traffc police they demanded 1200 RS. 100 for without liscence, 300 for triple seat, 300 for not having the original papers, and and 500 for the rider was 16, i explained him that i have send my learners liscence for renewal but instead they WE had a heated argument, it is very bad that police always target us NON INDIANS who come here for STUDIES. TRAFFIC POLICE near gera junction sucks. very disappointed by the manner they treat us :( :/

Passport Not Received from last 90 days

Dear Sir,

I have applier for passport under Application Number:PNE-P[protected] dated : 26-July-2011.

From last 60 days i am looking at the status , still it shows "Police Report has not been received."

Please advise how many days it will take to do your work so that we can plan accordingly.

Incident happen 3 day back in Yerwada near IBM company. I was on wrong site and I am ready to pay the fine but as per the lady police name Ms. Jadhav ([protected]) the amount should be 700/- after that she went for lunch and come back after 3 hours, I had called her so many times but always she told like she will be there in 10mins (is that way to behave like is with people’s).
I have a valid license with PUC but insurance was expired because of that she fine me 1200/- after that she done some paper work and took my license and told me to collect your license from RTO after 20 days.
When I told her that this is not right way to argument as well as about fine, she told me that she will submit a case against me(rush driving) .
You go and get your two wheeler from court.

Why all traffic police always do this kind of things (even lady police also).
It’s a humble request to you that please do something.

My car was parked at Swargate on road side.
There was no board of NO PARKING.
Other vehicles also was parked there.
Traffic police towed away my car by crane and fined me Rs.350/- on 31.5.2011

Request to get refund of Rs,350/- which was wrongly fined from me

The Traffic woes In HInjewadi, Pune area have worsened. It takes 2 .5 hrs from city to reach hinjewadi. Why isn't any action being taken. Now that the Hinjewadi area is further expznding, the traffic would continue to increase. There is just one entry point @ hinjewadi for the incoming traffic. Can't there be a alternative route to Phase 3 or new upcoming areas to reduce the traffic woes. Moreover the Marriage haals near Chandani Chowk like Trimurti Garden add to the menace. The Parking is done in such a way that it blocks the road always whenever there is a function there. It is highly annoying. Request to look into the matter
