Today i received e-challan with following details, but the image attached is not of my vehicle.

In this e-challan, the image mentioned is not the image of my vehicle, the vehicle image mentioned is mh12 lc 8202 and that number belongs to the bike. Whereas mine is the car with the number is mh12 lv8202.

Please find attached image of my car.

So request to correct the callahan, kindly do the needful and revert back.

Traffic policemen don't wear any identification badges or ids especially on weekends so that no one can complaint about the on-duty bribes they may wish to take.

On this saturday (28/04/18), near infosis circle hinjewadi, traffic police stopped our car to check the papers of interstate transfer. After finding that all documents were fine, he was so disappointed with us that it made me think if he was actually the cops or a goon standing there for minting money.

I believe wearing id is mandatory and somebody should keep a check on them.

while i am checking the Traffic Violation E-Challan Payment web site, i found that there is a e-challan(POFF[protected]) for Licence not carrying.actually i was in office at the time and my car at parking area in my flat. they mentioned Offender Mobile No [protected] and it was not my number.It seems like there was typo error while generating the E-challan / also i can think that some one using same number. and there is no evidence of vehicle number.

I have attached the photo shown in the challan.

will you help me on this ?

On saturday, 14-apr-18, i received e-challan for halting ahead of white line. Picture shows a two wheeler with mh-12-xx-8351 (Xx - digits unclear). I do not own a two wheeler. I have a four wheeler with number mh-12-lv-8351.

I have attached the photo shown in the challan.

On their website, there is no option to inform them about their mistake. Will you please help me?

This is really a bad for me and this is 2nd time. Photo which is shown is for different bike and challenge is generated for my bike. Firs time also this happens with me. Why traffic police is doing this kind of harshment of people? Can't they do this job correctly? Can't they mention correct bike number while generating a challan?

And if we have to file a complaint we have to go to main office and as per my knowledge i know the way government offices working.

Can't they stop this stupid kind of mistakes?

I request traffic police to check this and generate correct challan for the bike shown in picture. I am not using this bike. Screen shot attached for your reference.

At around 5pm today (15/03/2018) my bike was toed for being parked in a no parking zone. They took the bike to circuit house. When i went there, a person without uniform attended me and asked to pay 1050 fine. I told him that it was too high for no parking zone fine. But he showed me a fine list in paper and also a fine list on mobile. I had to pay him 1050. When i asked about the challan copy, he denied me that. I was forced to pay 1050 as fine.

2 things:

1) the fine for parking in no parking zone is not that high.

2) how come people not in uniform are collecting fines.

What are police up too??
Should we approach police or run away from them.

Pune traffic police has made wrong challan for halting ahead white line for vehicle which is not mine at all.

I stay in chinchwad and my vehicle on 14th march was in the parking area of our apartment at 12:21:58. Vehicle number - mh14 fl 9586 black tvs jupiter.

The image shown in the challan has some other vehicle in pune of red color and different number.

The message has come to my mobile number to pay rs. 200 for no offense done.

Please resolve this. Image of vehicle caught by traffic police attached.

No indication of area of offence. Photo lacks evidence of offence. Hope this is not a january-february-march collection spree.

This is a pathetic way of recording an offence wherein the evidence is unclear. It clearly shows that the concerned officer is just following steps to record offence without clarity and such officers should be penalised. If an offence s committed it should be very clear and it is not so in this case.

The people around pheonix on the viman nagar signal are all taking wrong way on the signal and breaking signals and the traffic police there is encouraging and redirecting them to the proper way to take wrong turn. I see some issue, near miss accidents or traffic jam because of this one thing everyday on the signal. I even approached the traffic police and requested them to stop those people instead of encouraging and directing them. The police man just agreed with me, but the very next moment while i was standing there waiting for a rickshaw, he was again waving to people to take the particular wrong way.

At morning10.30 hrs of 05th march 2018, a traffic cop named mr. Uddhav manikrao kalandar (Batch - 6620) was on duty of traffic control at hinjewadi road and was on charge collecting fine without service cap and on asking about the cap, he replied that doctor said not to use service cap neither on duty nor after and he also added that can also show doctor's prescription with him.
Also, a without helmet fine is rs. 100 and he charged me rs. 500.

"to take serious action on mr. Kalandar (6620) as per pune traffic police regulation and waiting to hear about the extra fine charged".

My vehicle number is mh12mm9482. I have received a notice for violation of traffic rules.in the notice there 8 voiation of hauling white line and one for signal voilation. For 8 hauling of white line they given proof but for signal voilation they not given any proof. Even it shows that i have crossed the white line but my intention was not break the signal and i have controlled the vehicle. While controlling vehicle i was on zebra crossing. There are cctv footage of this but mi intention was never to violate rules but when suddenly singal goes from yellow to red i have control my vehicle. These cctv footages are from 24 may 2017 to till 14 feb 2018. There are 6 charges for dates before 31/12/2017. Are these old footages considered to be still valid? No proof for signal voilation is given one punetrafficecop.net. Why should i pay fine even my intention was not to break the singal? Also is there any new rule in traffic rules that considers cctv footage is valid proof? First my intention was not to break the signal and doing this i was over the white line. Should still i have to pay fine? Are these more 3 months old footages are valid? Infact cctv footages can be considered valid proofs?

Pune traffic police — e-challan raised for my vehicle number mh23 aq 1662 for no parking - there is no evidence attached...

I have received an e-challan for no parking of rs 200. There is no evidence attached and there is no location was given where i had no parked my vehicle. Mobile number is given as [protected]and challan no ptpchm[protected] was raised on 26/12/2017.
If i have done it then please give me evidence of it otherwise resolve this issue as soon as possible.

PTPCHC[protected] & PTPCHC[protected] Offense: Halting ahead white line & Without Helmet . Amt: ₹200 & ₹500. This is a wrong challan sent to me. I own Honda City no-"MH12 GF2593" and the images shown are of someone elses Activa no-"MH12 CF2593" with a completely different number plate. I hope that you people will adhere to this as soon as possible.

I have jumped aundh iti road-baner junction signal on 10-feb-2018 06:00 pm.

There were 3 traffic police on that junction and charged inr 200 instead of inr 100 as per rule.

You are requested to necessary action against these trffic police.

Traffic police are their to control traffic but they are charging double amount this is not expected from they.

Today when in a traffic jam a lady in front of me suddenly stopped and corollary there was a slight collision of my moped with hers, i said sorry and moved on. Later i found her racing and abusing me, she said i am going to fine you for not having a license!! Of course, i had every document including my insurance papers. Does a citizen have any remedy against a police officer abusing his powers?

What is no parking charges, i guess it is rs.200 and pmc or rto officials are charging more than 200, they asked rs.450 for 4 wheeler. That too parking in yerawada commerzone area where there is dead end in the small lane beside commerzone bulding and no roads further.
And the pmc guys who put jammers takes few 100 rs and let you go. The traffic official who come along with them does nothing simply sits in his vehicle. Their aim is just to raise money any how from people or company employees.
There are so many taxies/cabs standing on the main road, they can stand there but not private vehicles, what law is this?

I admit this happened with me as sudden yellow light turn to red. I was about to cross but I stopped.
Even though it is not digital system and I feel it could be right. My complain is that on the very day I asked cope to make challan. But due to some reason his handset was not working, then I pay in cash. He asked to go. Here there are two things to be note:
1. If they think that I have not paid for that incidence which happened on dated[protected], how they left me.
2. There is no provision to get written receipt from cops if I paid in cash as their handset was not working properly might be due to network.

Here fine is not great things to pay, if offence happened I have to pay. I don't deny. But when I paid in cash and they have not updated in their system then why should I pay again. That is their system issue and for that I need not to pay again.
Hence my request is pls remove my challan from your system as I have already paid in cash.

I have received an e-challan for triple seat whereas I have never done so. Even though there is no evidence attached and mobile number is given as "[protected]". challan "PTPCHM[protected]"is raised on "[protected]".

This is a wrong challan which was supposed to be addressed to some other vehicle I guess.

Please switch this challan to the right offender with correct vehicle number. Please resolve the issue. Thank you.

I received an echallan as above for vehicle traveller regn no mh12kq3037 which does not belong to me. Appears the vehicle owner has maliciously given my mobile number. Please check the details of ownership from rto.in case the owner has really given my number for registration he may be booked for fraud and cheating...
